Hopefully , exciting times ahead here
I took a pretty sizeable chunk of the placing, not sure which over Pis took some
I took some in this placing to top up my ASX holding, I agree the price was frustrating for existing holders (myself included), however I do think longer term this will be a good move and the dilution isn’t too big
Best Regards
MJ
no, I have never had a dividend or salary from any company that has profited from Tally, not received a single penny
Yes I can get 20% of it back against my tax and the loss becomes "only" £400k , does that make you feel better? your point is?
its far from doomed, I just stopped posting on here as I always got a negative response and abuse. Trust me, we are working hard to get this listed, it needs to be done properly to achieve the right value.
I totally understand why people are upset, don't forget I joined just as we were about to delist and put in £500k of my own cash, I have never taken a salary and have shareholders best interests at heart. It doesn't matter if anyone believe me or trust in this, the proof will be what happens in the future, one thing no on can argue with, I am a shrewd and successful entrepreneur with a net worth many multiples of most companies on AIM, I am no fool and would not have got involved in this if I didn't believe in it, sure its taken longer than I expected and been harder but I remain confident in the end result .
I don't respond to most posts on here but do regularly read the board, I don't rise to the defamatory comments on here.
Judge where this ends not where it is now
Another great RNS, how long before this hits the Radar with Savvy Investors
it will be a dual listing, both Aim & ASX, there are no intentions currently to delist from AIM as far as I am aware, anyone who claims to KNOW differently is lying or mistaken
Like most of these funds, they have timelines they tend to stick to, probably de-risking and giving everyone their original investment back and then free riding the balance
Looking at the MTR website, it seems that I am now the largest shareholder , very happy with my investment and can see us getting to £100m MC in the medium term
Hi Guys, as most of you know, I have a huge position here and am seriously in the red, however I have met with Eytan (virtually) and have decided to not only take up my full allocation in the OO, I have also applied for a very large extra amount. I can’t say I am happy with the performance of my investment but do believe the current SP to be very cheap, like every investment there is risk but I am happy the risk reward is worth it under Eytan’s stewardship
yes but no plans to sell any, hence why I was happy to move a lot of my holdings onto the Australian register to help the ASX listing
it will be interesting to see what happens if we break 30p
I am pleased to have provided AAA with part of the CLN, especially as I am not allowed to buy more shares (I would go over 30% holdings) , taking a long time but will be worth the wait for the RTO and beyond
This is another great IPO I have got involved with, check out the potential here, this could be a truly massive company, the short term will be good, the long term amazing
if AMTE can get a decent automotive deal (VW gave NorthVolt $14bn recently) then this will absolutely take off,. In the meantime circa £150m MC is realistic (440p)
Hi Shear,
I am a serial investor and know to most of the brokers, therefore I get offered a lot of placings in both listed and unlisted companies, including some pre IPO investments.
I am a client of SI Capital, they got me involved in this a few years ago, I met the board and was impressed them.
This is a company i am really excited about , they are in a great space
I have been invested here around 2 years (pre IPO @ circa 70p) plus took some in the IPO @ 175p, I haven't sold a bean and won't be top slicing anytime soon, compared to its peers , AMTE is still very cheap
Nice to meet another member of the 200kg club. I understand shareholders frustrations I really do, not many directors would post on a BB and when I do I quickly realise I am wasting my time as for every decent person like you there are many others who are not.
I have said this before , I have more skin in the game than you will find with most listed companies, do not take a wage and only joined the board around the time we were getting suspended, I would not have put £500k in at that stage unless I believed in this. It would be easy for me to ignore this board but I don’t and I take notice of all the sensible comments on here, making sure the voice of shareholders is heard at every board meeting. Keep the faith, it’s not like you can do anything else at this time, all the shareholders here who post negative things etc achieve is making it harder for the company and devaluing their potential returns. No doubt I will get another barrage of abuse so won’t be back for a while . Regards MJ
