I am still totally relaxed here, I know the board of both companies here and am comfortable with my chunky investment
MMs are short here, they have been phoning my brokers for stock and trying to bid me but not getting any from me that's for sure!!!
once they start drilling and hopefully move off Aquis this will fly (I am biased as took part in the placing but I really think this is a great prospect)
I also like the look of this and the upside potential. I like early stage investments, yes they are higher risk but the potential reward is much higher also. Early bird catches the worm !!!
Great thing about MTR these days is the constant newsflow, the SP hasn't reacted to this yet but there will be lots of updates due on our investments
it will be good to break & hold 30p before the next decent news, that should then provide the base for a rerate to reflect closer to true value.
New comers might not be aware that there has been a consolidation and that the real SP is way below all time highs despite the assets growing and being proven.
I certainly did and would have taken more if I could have, wish I could buy more shares at this price but sadly cant until after the RTO
In my experience likely won’t show correctly until tomorrow
Of course we all have our price , that’s the whole point of investing, to get a decent return, the point is to time selling right and achieve the maximum exit price , that’s partly achieved by not selling too early and killing momentum . Not sure about your thoughts on being favoured in the placing , placings are available to everyone , not a chosen few , it’s just about having account s with well connected brokers and the funds to invest. I wasn’t born into privilege or money and made all my cash the hard way myself . People who can’t afford to eat let alone invest would probably say every single investor here is in a privileged position , even those with small holdings. Other than shorters we are all in this together and want the same thing , we just have different exit points. I’m not a flipper like many placees are , I tend to invest in companies long term but aren’t afraid to take my risk off the table when circumstances dictate
If sellers hold tight this could break 20p today. I won’t be selling any of mine that’s for sure
Thanks, I look forward to being part of the BPC family, I am currently the largest individual shareholder in CERP but don’t mind now being a smaller part of a bigger business
I took £200k in the last placing and am really excited about this company, I have no intention of selling any of these anytime soon. I see this as a great long term hold. Lots of news to come
All progressing well guys , that’s why I helped by changing the CLN and also taking my maximum allowed in the placing
not trying to speak anyone and I also said I still have a decent holding here so I am a bit confused by your message, I even admitted that I sold a lot of stock at a lot lower price than the current SP and could have banked many millions more, its just an honest balanced post. If I wanted to deramp I would have said I cashed in the whole lot recently and made £9m because I think its going to crash!!!
Have you been spying on my portfolio!!! All of the stocks you list are ones I hold (Cerp, IRR, MTR, GRL and KAT)
I think the safest one with a decent uside has to be MTR, I am new to IRR joined in the placing at 7p but this looks good for the future. CERP is much more binary now with the BPC merger. Also PALM is worth a look. Good luck with whatver you decide on
As a large investor its always sensible not to get too attached to a share , hoping for a bumper pay day, a profit isn't a profit until you bank it, I have a strategy that has served me very well throughout my investing career and still have a decent holding here. True I could be sitting on £9m+ at todays value , with the hope of a mega pay day at the end of this, or ot could all come crashing down, none of us really know what is going on. I have lots of connections in the city and often call on them for advice
