The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Just to be clear,I have worked as an NED for free, until Tally relists I get nothing. Contrary to what people on here say, I have invested over £500k of my own money and never had any wages. I resist posting on here as get too much abuse but can assure you I am working hard as an NED and trying to get us relisted as soon as possible. I make sure at every board meeting shareholders are fairly represented
£100m MC is probably a fair baseline value here to begin with but should go a lot higher in the future
I have been in this for a few years now (EIS investment) and also took some in the IPO placing, great BOD, this will do very well
Great RNS from the company today , i was worried about an influx of shares hitting the market due to accelerated warrants , changing the terms is very sensible and clever , especially with the one year lock in , great company and very well run.
Moxico will list at £1 plus later this year , I first invested at 6p (placing), the value is flying up and once listed will really take off
I am genuinely sorry for all LTH's, it never nice to see a discounted placing but I do think this will come good with some patience.
I took a decent chunk in this placing and am excited about the opportunity here.
I was also in the KNB placing and look what has happened there, lots of opportunities out there right now for companies who have the cash and we have a decent war chest here now

I am still here, feeling the pain like everyone else, massive paper loss for me, fortunately the rest of my portfolio has performed well since COVID struck
Hopefully over time we will recover some of the losses here, if not I will sell my shares to my spread bet account and take the tax benefit.
Sorry for all who lost more than they can afford, don't beat yourselves up, what's done is done

I have mentioned this to others before but by not being a director he is free to trade when he wants, this means if he feels the result is going to be bad he could now be selling down his holdings (pessimistic view) OR he believes its going to be a huge success and wants to be able to sell when the SP rockets (optimistic view) or of course it could be none of these and he had personal reasons for resigning. either way he had no need to be for the results
The board don't control the SP, someone is range trading and likely lending out their shares, that's not the boards fault. I look forward to the ASX listing, maybe our true value will be recognised then. I have confidence in the board and added to my already huge holdings. Folks here seem to change their view of the board very quickly according to the current SP, successful investors invest based on the assets and then the board. We have a great assets and our SP should be much higher

It’s taking time but coming together nicely , 2021 should a great year for the new business
Hi guys, firstly wishing all holders a very happy Christmas and hoping that 2021 is a more normal year. My view of things here for what’s it’s worth is that nothing has really changed, the potential oil under the ground hasn’t changed , yes we are all diluted , however if we hit the jackpot the dilution won’t feel that painful and if we don’t hit the it then the extra cash will help protect the company from a disaster . Don’t forget the shares weren’t given away for free , they have been paid for and the cash is now an asset for the company. As a long term holder (ex CERP) the short term SP doesn’t concern me, I am here for the drill results and the games in the meantime don’t matter. If we have a great drill result the placing was done too cheaply but we will have all done rather well, dodgy drill result we will look back on recent placings and day the company were wise.
Stay safe guys , try to switch of from BPC emotionally and enjoy the break
Well I took a large chunk in the previous 2p placing and haven’t sold a bean, even when the SP was higher, I’m here for the end game and believe the COS is far higher than 35% (I have many well placed connections in the industry and they assure me that that’s the case
I am really surprised more people aren't piling into this right now, this will be much higher once the RTO happens. AS I have said previously its shame I am not allowed to buy any more here, would love to top up and fully expect to convert my CLN into shares once I am allowed to
sadly not, I didn't get invited to take part but would have taken some if I could have
the problem is Open offers take much longer to do and are more expensive to manage, the company wanted this done and dusted before Spud and is a good insurance policy
