The previous RNS was for a reduced holding in % terms due to an increase in shares in issue, they went down from 14.133% to 12.641% , they have taken £750k of shares in placing all in one lump.
The other £1.75m was taken between Burggraben and myself

Yes it was warrants , the new shares were issued to me on 2nd November

Like I have been saying for ages , I am very confident this company will relist and will go on to be a huge success, no one can say I’m not putting my money where my mouth is, I wouldn’t be chucking this kind of money at it unless I was 100% sure

Am meeting with CP later this afternoon on other business , will make sure he is aware of the feelings on this board etc

I am feeling very confident LK will take the SP many multiples from here and certainly it’s not beyond the realms of possibility that my holing will be worth £20m plus here, hopefully LTH’s will see losses eroded and many here able to pay off mortgages etc Obviously there will be some who will never recover their losses, hopefully many will have the funds and the inclination to average down, once they are confident that this is a whole new business under LK

It is indeed me who did my TR1 yesterday and one of the first things I will be doing is letting the company know that I will block any attempt at another placing anytime soon, I also know a number of other sizeable holders here and will have their support if I need it

putting aside not being able to buy or sell the shares plus any possible impact on ISA's, being suspended at the current time isnt so bad, if you look at the market since suspension we would have most likely suffered a big drop, like many others have.
Once this relists, with all of its ducks in a row (I am 100% confident we will relist) then everyone on here will be talking about what a genius CP and co. are.
I am sorry for all who needed the money short term and for anybody if this affects their ISA (this isn't guaranteed btw), you might not share my confidence but I know CP very well and have done many projects with him (check out who was the largest shareholder in MTR when he did the RTO etc) and I can assure you this will come good.
I am not a ramper and certainly there would be no value in ramping when we are suspended, merely trying to help allay any fears

I can 100% confirm that you are wrong, warrants only recently exercised, I know this as some were mine and I also know who else has the majority of them and when they were exercised

Morning all, just wanted to you all to know, I am not a silent investor, when I take a decent size chunk of a business, I get to know the board, listen to their plans and judge them on results, if I don't like what I hear or they don't achieve what they promise then I am not afraid to use my holdings to force changes.
I will be speaking with the board here very soon I hope, please tell me as holders here what would you like to see? what do you think is wrong with the company ? (please keep it professional and not a personal insult on anybody)

Spain is a waste of time and effort, we are much better off without it and I’m sure LK would agree, just need to try and make the best of the situation financially. Can’t see how the share price can drop on this news, the sooner we are fully rid of Spain the better

Mostly the impatient lose money, this is set to be a stellar share in 29, happy to be quoted on this, this time next year

If it was money lost , people wouldn’t be converting large amount of warrants. This will come good but will take a little longer to get it done properly and ensure SP performs well once trading begins .
