Im not a holder here but thought I would share my experience with you of a share I held which was delisted, Namkawa Diamonds, delisted about 2 years ago at circa 1.6p , shares were trading after on Britdaq at circa 0.4p , I thought I had lost £20k but now a merger has happened and our shares purchased for 4p (my average was 2p) plus we have some shares in the new company. Delisting not always bad

Record date is 17th of December , those holding at close of business that day will get the divi , all shares traded 18th onwards will be ex dividend

confirmation in the results that arbitration has taken place in July and the conclusion should be reached early 2015 (or very likely sooner IMO), this if it goes our way will cause a huge re-rate. Also they confirm now that there should be a hue reduction in legal costs from this stage onwards

As i suspected, now that a trade has gone through we are on the risers board

Very unlikely, although I would guess that we will find out what is happening very soon

Rumours of news must have been fairly true as the company have confirmed talks etc and the placing must be for a good reason, who would put up £400k without good reason. They must be getting fairly close to a deal and have admitted being at an advanced stage, look at the facts as stated by the BOD, cash injection, new investment policy and changes to the board, doesnt take much to read between the lines and see what is most likely happening

I am sure it wasnt his choice to leave ;-)

IMO we are now in the position where a deal will be announced very soon or we will go bust, the fees from the EER deal were supposed to be recoverable but only in certain circumstances and it would appear to me that this wouldnt be coverec, prepare for a bumpy ride
