I think it's become clear when you get involved in certain countries its all about who you know, I think we will move forward with AR on board , there will be few shares in free float and after akmola finalised we should sail past 2p
give them a call you should still be in time, Natwest give until cop today but I think the actual closing is 23rd, they want a few days in between to make sure its actioned etc I believe.
This is almost a no loser from here, bad news priced in , lots of work in the pipeline, euro chem look like they have a weak case and once that's out the way SP will double or thereabouts
I dont agree, I dont think AR will get the minimum level of backing and will then either have to increase their offer, buy more shares on the open market or do nothing, then Akmola news will come into play. All of these will push the price up well beyond 2p IMO
Its a no brainer IMO , with AR prepared to pay 2p this should be the minimum value, they obviously see an upside and when Akmola finalised we should be well above 2 or you can simply let AR have your shares for 2p
