Burggraben just like schroders and myself, looking to be long term holders in CERP and therefore have not and have no intention of selling any time soon.
of the £2.5m raised, I took 50% of it (£1.25m). schroders to £750k & Burggraben £500k
I have also been adding since but have not yet gone through the next notifiable level

Hi Everyone, I have spoken with RP regarding rumours of another placing , he has categorically confirmed that there will not be a placing anytime soon, he has also agreed that he is happy for me to share this information on social media etc I had already made it clear to him that any placing attempt would be opposed by a number of TR1 holders . Hopefully this board can have more positive sentiment in the build up to good news Kind Regards MJ

Everyone who wasn’t happy about their not being an open offer attached to the placing now has their chance to put their money where there mouth is, buy shares on the open market for circa the placing price and in turn mopping up the shares will help push the price back up, if you don’t buy now then you can’t really moan about not having a chance to take part in the placing

I’m pretty confident that it will be a sustained 1000 bopd but of course can’t be certain

I read these boards and don’t understand why many people bother investing , investing in shares isn’t a guaranteed get quick rich scheme and more often than not on aim is a get poor quick scheme. I have a huge amount of money invested here and am very confident this will prove to be a very sound investment, however this will take time, in the meantime the share can go up, down or stay the same and it won’t change the business I am invested in. Once 1000bopd is confirmed at the end of the year, the SP will settle in a new trading range, this range will be far higher than where we are now, of that I am sure. It either way, this company will continue to grow production

from my end TR1 was filled in using the official form, not sure why they just take a few lines from it

Guys, thanks to all who are comforted by my appointment and also the significant amount of my own cash I have recently invested here, clearly I wouldn't be doing this unless I believe that the business will relist and also go on to thrive and in turn dramatically increase the SP / MC.
Obviously I am limited as to what I can say but rest assured I will regularly read this board and listen to your views, I understand that no one likes being locked in with an unlisted investment, have faith and you will be rewarded. You will note from my CV that I have built a huge business from very little investment and wouldn't allow my reputation to be tarnished if I didn't think it would have a happy outcome here, clearly I don't need the money or the aggro and am doing this for the right reasons.

I am the largest shareholder here and certainly wont be letting a single share go for a long time yet, this rise today is only the start of things to come

Genuinely very excited by the prospects here, obviously I will be limited in what I can say on here etc but rest assured I will be reading the boards regularly and making sure the views here are raised at board level if appropriate
