3.5p is the approx price the raise will be done at, we are confident the IPO might be done at a higher price, lots of interest
Mining assets are still useful, but of course there is a price for everything

Yes had a nice coffee with him, raised some issues and agreed to give him my backing in AGM etc

I may well be doing some more Christmas shopping here at these prices

I cant look in and post everyday but will always keep an eye on the board, sadly the more you make yourself open and approachable, the more people expect and are never satisfied, you wont find many listed companies where someone from the BOD posts on the boards

I do try to make AGM etc but most of the time the date clashes with my own business.
Will make it my news years resolution to attend one in 2019 and meet some of you guys

if the news comes that we all hope and expect .55 will be long gone and will seem like an absolute bargain

if the SP drops you might need to allow some extra space on your spreadsheet for some more Christmas shopping from me :-)
When you hold a share and the share price drops you have 3 choices
1) has something changed in the company and now company going downhill (Sell)
2) Its just a market blip or driven by lack of news but the fundamentals remain the same (Hold)
3) Artificially low, drop due to economic and market situations, SP looks great value for the future prospects and you strongly believe in the team (Buy)

I chose 3, you guys can decide for yourselves and don't let rampers or derampers convince you otherwise

Never nice having money tied up in a share that you cant trade but bearing in mind how the markets have been sicnc we have been suspended , where would our SP be right now? maybe a blessing in disguise

Lol I am a very successful entrepreneur and investor with a net worth many multiples of CERP MC, hardly likely to be taken for a fool. I have done my research , speak regularly to the board and see this as one of the most underpriced and outstanding investment opportunities on AIM. LK and team are seriously impressive and over time you will see just how good , of you don’t agree , that’s fine , don’t invest here or cash in your chips if you have and the future will show if it was the correct decision. Seriously I have to question the sanity of many on here !

Have a strong feeling we might get an RNS in the morning, not sharing inside info before the board goes mad & not saying it will be the RNS everyone is waiting for or expecting

Hi Guys Not forgotten you all and still keeping an eye on the board Obviously I can’t come on here giving you all a running commentary on the company every day but will try my best to keep you informed. No date yet for the AGM but am meeting get with the board very soon and will relay your frustrations, rest assured I have more of my own personal money invested here than anybody on this board and I only recently invested it, therefore that gives you an idea of my confidence. I don’t see the point in people running down or threatening CP etc, let him concentrate on getting everything set for the re-list and the judge him / BOD Please be patient

Hi Guys, SP starting to look better here. If everyone holds tight and doesn’t start selling into this rise until news arrives then we should move up and start testing year highs

Lol not sold a single share and have no intention of it, just adding whenever I can and slowly moving towards the next % to require a TR1. I would certainly be happy to build a 10% stake here if the SP stays below the placing price, once news comes I will happily say I told you so
