great RNS, LK is good for his word and promised a new country entry, we should be getting lots of regular news in the coming weeks & months, time to take your positions , In or Out, I will most likely be holding until the end when the inevitable takeover happens

The chances of this RTO not happening are less than 1% IMO and I am also very confident it will happen this year, most likely late October / early November would be my guess.
If for some very unlikely reason it doesn't happen, we go back to being the small company that we started off as, get the £1m loan repaid from Commarco and look for investments we can use that money for.
The current SP is a no brainer, the downside is virtually zero, if I didn't already own just short of the all important 30% I would be buying all of the shares I could get my hands on , don't forget I have £750k of my own money invested here and wouldn't have done so unless I had met everyone involved with the deal and was confident it was going to happen

Please remember that I do have a day job and am not an employee of AAAP or have any duty to post here, although I do accept as a large shareholder and influencer that it reassures other holders when I do post.
The news was neutral and expected in my opinion so I don't see why anyone would be concerned, clearly we are inching towards completing the RTO and then the fun will really start. Whilst we are in this limbo period its very difficult for Commarco to do some of the things they would hope for, including seizing new opportunities and raising the investment they might need to do so. The consolidation doesn't have any effect on any of us

Momentum starting to build nicely here, once confirmation of the deal comes this will re-rate for sure (not that we need confirmation, IMO its a slam dunk)

Hi Guys , I understand your concerns but am 100% confident this RTI will happen , I have met with the Commarco guys & directors of AAAP , Everyone is onboard and want this deal to happen , please trust me on this and be patient , shouldn’t be too far away from being done but things in Africa can take a lot longer and the deal is fairly complex.

Im sure our patience will be handsomely rewarded

Mixed views on this board but I think if the company can try to do it in a clever way, maybe not selling SFR shares but borrowing money against them on decent terms, then doing a share buy back would work really well, shares will be taken out of loose hands at a very low price, this will not only push up the SP & burn the shorter but will of course undilute us all.
Whatever happens this SFR deal will open up many positive options, I will be buying more shares very soon for sure

I would personally like to see the company do a large share buy back, that would have the shorters scared for sure!!!
Once the SFR deal is over the line , I would expect the news flow to increase rapidly , we will ne hearing about Divi's, existing projects, new investments & regular drilling news from SFR, should be an exciting 12 months

Morning all, cant believe how quiet it has got on the board.
The company is on the verge of completing the MOD deal and will soon hold a liquid investment (SFR shares) great than our current MC. One we get the shares, MTR will start getting decent dividends and the new owners of MOD will have the funds to drill bots non stop, we know whats down there and now we get to see it, don't forget we also get our 2% smelter rights, this could be huge for us and then we still have our other investments & projects.
Once we get the SFR shares, we could sell them but I hope we hold them, the uplift in SFR share price from here should be good as will the dividends, the cash generated can go into new investments or projects, maybe their will be a return of cash to shareholders or even a share buy back, what would you all like to see?

It’s a reverse take over, therefore it’s the board of comarco who are relevant here not AAAP

of course and that ANOTHER reason why its better for them to now get paid in cash.
The BOD could have easily reverted to this when the SP was much lower, they didn't, they stuck with getting their salary in shares, in the process, paying a massive premium for them

taking cash instead of shares has got nothing to do with raising cash, I already explained that it appears to be better perceived if the BOD start "buying" shares rather than earning them.
There wont be a placing so stop getting excited about it!!!
Of course if you keep saying a placing is coming,every day, then I guess one day you will be correct and you will be "quoting" your post.
If you done a count of all the times you have been correct vs all the times you have been totally wrong, you will realise how bad it makes you look

I know that LK & team are frustrated that people don't seem to get that by taking their salary in shares , they are effectively making director purchases (at a higher price than our SP), if they took the cash instead and started regularly buying shares on the open market, everyone would be saying wow, that's great and shows so much faith in the company and that would have more of an effect on the SP

AM & DL are big believers of the incumbent board, as am I
This is going to be a sensational company in the next few years, have met with the Commarco guys and there are lots of deals in the pipeline to be excited about, if I could add more I would but if I add any more I will go over 30% and trigger my own takeover!!!

If he adds more , then I will also , have to keep the competition going. On a serious note I am genuinely surprised shares can still be bought at this level when we all know what’s coming, October hopefully the deal will complete , November we should receive our first SFR dividend. Early next year SFR will drill bots big time and we get 2% of it plus we still have our other projects like KML etc, all this for a market cap of circa £20m

You have to look at all the assets, not pick out the loss making ones.
What is the value to MTR of the MOD deal? (more than our current market cap)
How about KML?
Total value of all of our other investments?
The point being the current market cap is covered by MOD, everything else is a free ride
SFR shares will pay great dividends plus we get the smelter rights win win

its about as sure a bet as you can get on the markets. I guess maybe they have a tax bill at the end of the month or need money for some other purpose

Hi guys , pretty much every trade today was a buy, I should know as they were all mine, bought 3.8m shares today in total for just under £50k, .13144 average, was quite shocked they managed to fill my order so cheaply , looking at the deal we have an the assets this is crazy cheap, if I carry in like this will soon be needing another TR1.
Also can’t believe how quiet this board as got
