Yes I bought shares in the "first equity" placing last year (0.3p with 1 for 1, 0.6p warrants attached)

I gave notice to convert yesterday but have up to 10 days to make payment, shares & RNS wont be issued until funds received by EUA I would have thought

agree, this is crazy cheap, I have a huge holding here but am seriously thinking about adding at this level

I just gave notice to convert all of my 11,833,333 warrants this morning , this should be virtually all of the outstanding 0.6p warrants, I think there is maybe another 2m to go. If the MMs are expecting to find these on the market they will have a nasty shock, I wont be selling these anytime soon

Big difference here , firstly we have a great product , secondly I have known CP and invested in him for over 10 years & thirdly I am on the board and get to see everything that goes on plus have a say in it

I have a nice size holding in EUA and would love to believe that a deal will be announced next week but I don’t actually think a deal will be announced until maybe early in the new year, it would be good to at least get a few nice RNSs whilst we wait though to sustain the SP.
I will be converting my remaining warrants next week (just under 12m) exciting times there for sure.
Hopefully we will see exciting times return here, you can be sure I am doing my utmost to make it happen.

I understand all of your concerns, dont forget I am the largest share holder here. Just want you to know that I do read the boards and am also using my influence on the BOD to get this relisted within the stated timescale, there are no plans to take this private or any of the other nonsense.
Markets are tough right now, raising money for anything is difficult, look at how few placings and IPO's there have been recently, we will get this right

11.833m of the outstanding 0.6p warrants are mine, these are most certainly not being forward sold, nor will they be getting sold anytime soon

The 0.6p warrants and maybe others also contained an accelerator clause, based on VWAP, as the SP has been above this for more than 10 days now, the company will invoke this clause and all warrants will need to be exercised or lost within the next few days

I am comfortable with this strategy, the terms of the deal are pretty good in the current market plus it best to take out an insurance policy when you don’t need one, should the drill not go to plan, be it the time to drill, costs or result then we would be seen as a more desperate case and would pay a higher premium for the deal. If everything goes great then we have the cash to accelerate our programme, not too much of a down side to the strategy in my opinion

not sure about the overall total but I still have about 12m 0.6p warrants

I don't think that will happen but that's why I sold half of my converted warrants just to hedge my bets

Probably my fault this isn't trading higher, I sold 11.5m shares this morning and that has held us back, still holding circa 12m and hoping for a much bigger rise but wanted to de-risk my converted warrants
