The fully funded was for the existing program - mainly the advertised drilling - but the additional discoveries obviously warrant ( sorry ) further funds because of the additional expense involved. Says as much in the RNS.

So watch out for the RNS coming!

Good move. Simplifies financing for the T3 mine; no further need for MTR to contribute to financing the T3 mine development in future, they can just reap the benefits via the shareholding in MOD. Only have to contribute the exploration cost of the other areas.

Pboo/Brooko19 - the appended transfer notification indicates the shares in question were transacted so I agree the matter is cleared up.

The weak always bail out; that's their fundamental nature. My small 2m investment here is staying put until the value is realised.

Clearly the only shareholders left are PIs (excepting BOD and employee shareholders who managed not to transfer their shares away!) and the BOD likely don't give a sh*t about those; the original placees are probably long gone with a healthy profit!

If it does turn out to be a criminal scam maybe the transactions could be wound back; but it would probably take weeks to sort out.

Maybe they just realised Tidswell-Pretorius is looking both foolish and rather incompetent?
