It is certainly a delayed response to the funding update; there is a very small free float in this stock so it does not take much to move the price either way.

I'm looking forward to good production in this quarter as the good weather will hold out into September; but, I'm also expecting another bad winter 2018/19 since we are in a Solar Minimum so we may get some weather disruption like last time.
