Judging by the conversation I had with John May, I didn't get the impression there was anything imminent my best guess would be next year which of course gives us all something to look forward to. (or not!) I`m actually hoping for something in the first quarter.

One more thing he said make sure you know where your holding/share certificates are !

All, just spoken to John May. The coal deal could still happen but is unlikely as at the other end a number of the parties have fallen out. RLH posted accounts as they have a number of other opportunities they are pursuing which they are hopeful will come to fruition. As to when who knows but some deals are in the pipeline. They do wish to realise shareholder value which is why they are continuing. Positive news but obviously needs to be followed up by an announcement and a relist. The message is still consistent with what I was told in June which is better than not posting accounts and being struck off. Again a case of wait and see.

Just a small point, the publishing of accounts fits in with what John May told me a few months ago that they intend to relist whether it be coal mine or other opportunity, maybe wishful thinking on my part but these two pieces of information fit together. Will phone again this week and report back.

Exactly, why would they bother posting accounts if the whole thing is dead ?

Here is a summary
The deal re the mine is still the same awaiting the two parties over there to finish it which could be tomorrow or never. Again he emphasised that the deal is that big for a shell and the rewards so big that that is why they are hanging on in there in the hope that this still comes about.He like us is frustrated with the lack of progress so there is a plan b forming for another opportunity which would involve sweat equity on their behalf.
As a result of this RLH would in any event hope to relist in the next six months.
As for lack of updates/communication there is simply nothing to announce and that is the companies position until something changes. Told me he was available to speak to in the future as and when.

So not the news we are looking for but if either plan comes to fruition at least there should be a relisting.

Just tried phoning again sixth time in about 2 weeks still no answer. These guys on the board also must work somewhere else as well if so where ? I`ll start trying them there as well.

Tried three times last week went to answer phone each time. Will try again this week coming and report back

every six months they seem to update so we`re due up at the end of this month. If the stuff about the auction is right then doubly so.

don`t be so despondent, I`ve waited 4 years with my money tied up all we need is a relisting then we`re quids in !! So what if its another 4 years its just another World Cup. I thought I`d be cashing this in early this year seems it will be one way or another early next year. They seem to issue an update every six months so Christmas will have soon come and gone and then Rodders we`ll be millionaires !

Don`t be so despondent everyone, I`ve only waited 4 years on this one. (£14K at .5p) They`re probably all out at La Luna inspecting what we`ve all bought and signing up the final paperwork before relisting at between 5 and 10p and giving us all an early Christmas present !

Greendave, where did you get the attempted relist date from was it in the recent (August) update. Does anyone think it likely to happen ? Any ideas if they`ve raised the money that they need to, to keep going. Surely if theres a few quid to be made on the relist they`ll get the money ? Even if it all goes t**ts up from there.
Also they can`t relist at the moment as they have to have bought something to do so ? Isn`t that AIM rules ?
Having said all that the BOD should be answering all this rather then us just guessing.

Well, its no wonder we`ve had no news for over6 months because nothings happened. The only possibility is that if the deal is worth pursuing and that they can convince someone that another couple of £100k will do it then it could be done. However if you`ve spent £600k on the usual hangers on lawyers, accountants etc and nothings transpired then would you lend the extra money. The only saving grace is that if they do get the money the shares will relist and give us some liquidity. Also as below no detail in any of the report about when/if this can be done. Pretty **** poor really.

Thanks for that redirons I`ve got 14k stuck in here and been waiting 5 years for something to happen here, sick of constant stalling and waiting to be honest but another few months is not going to make much difference. However even the mention of big deal has me thinking in multiple gains here!

lets go over the facts again. Some blokes took over a dead duck that they didn't have to. They then said that they were looking to buy some natural resources investment. They then stuck thei rown money in by buying shares. They then announced that they were looking to invest in a coal mine in South America and would de list when they were sorting this out. All facts. We`ll know one way or another in the next 2 weeks. All those that remember the last lot and the silver mine fiasco will see that this has a lot more potenetial and thus far they have kept exactly to their word.
