I`ve been here only for a week so I`m not here for the long term. After the cancellation of the bill last week it is extremely telling (as someone pointed out recently) that the court will here some type of revised bill in less than a week. Its got to worth punt money as mine is that this will go through in some shape to webis`s advantage thus increasing the price like last week. I did`nt want to sell at a loss as it is only a short time to wait for possibly some more positive news. Should pick up probably the day before the case like last time. Not long to go!

Once news gets around that this is going to court the price will naturally rise on the assumption of a positive outcome.

An overreaction to the pulling of the bill last night. This will be in the court later next week and will pass I`d have thought thus leading to a big rise in this sp. (Plus of course there`s the possibility of then being bought out especially by Hills ) Everyone involved in this including the indians (subject to the usual negotiations) will want this to go through as it will allow masses of legal gambling money to legitimately enter the markets at racetracks, casino`s and online, why wait another year. Hold on now or indeed top up and see what happens to this next week. Remember no bedwetting !!

One more thing I dont think next week will be the big thing, these placing shares will have to be out of the way first but if you`ve just invested millions in the company and expect this to double over the coming weeks you`d hold for an rns which you already know about as that is the question you would have asked before committing to the placing.

Good post piper, food for thought ! Although apart from the bedwetters, and I`ve done that once here myself you might as well hang in here. I`m averaged at 55 so I`m really pleased its held up today. Yes people will sell to make their 20% but I suspect that theres loads more to be gained by hanging on.
On a separate note whilst this morning I thought we had all been shafted its held up superbly well so now we`ll hopefully get an RNS in June not only about design freeze but also about the role out, orders and how they are going to satisfy demand. As its with the government I don`t think its very likely they`ll say it works and thats it. They`ll have to say it works and how to get it. The government will be keen on this as it will be a great British PR exercise.

Just a question we`ve seen MM`s hold this price down for ages mainly in the 50s. Next week with their institutions having 40p shares do you think they will let it go. (There`s the additional good issue of an Rns imminent) Normally with a placing the value of a share drop to just above the placing price but surprisingly this hasn`t happened. I would presume that notwithstanding the RNS that MM`s would want the share price as high as possible when they start off loading on Thursday morning?

Remember the institutions will want as bigger profit as possible from their 40ps that will arrive next Thursday so will naturally want a high share price which as we have seen is fiddled examples being the speeding ticket and we can now see the reason why it has been kept he r e over the last few weeks. Now this placing is done , we can expect an rns shortly to boost the price and so the 40p merchants can make money (as much as possible) which will help us.
A further example of this is that I expected this to be 45p this morning but it's holding up remarkably well. A downside is this design freeze is so well known that the boost it would have given 2 weeks ago may now be considerably less as it maybe priced in . I hope not.

Everyone read rarhars post this summarises exactly the situation. Also whilst the first and massive tranche of 40p shares will arrive next week so will a design freeze so starting at 45p to where ?

All, a serious question, I bought in here when they were developing the app but was excited about the news when they were going to trial it. Was underwhelmed when they announced it was a small hospital in Newcastle and sold out making about 20%. Have bought back in this morning at 2.9. Noticed they have raised money and will be announcing the result of the trial this week. Presumably the people who lent the money wouldn't have lent it unless everyone was confident it would be a success. Will the news be good ? What will the price go to ? The money though doesn't seem like much to develop something like this , will they need more?

Sometimes I think this share is weighed down by weights or probably MM`s. There was a load of heavy buys about three weeks ago you`d think anyone and their mates would have loaded up then and let it run. We should be in the 80`s,90s now not ******* around in 50`s. Sky interview, decent RNS, good webinar today and at the end of each day hardly any gains. I`m heavily invested here so its hopefully a question of good things come to those who wait ! Rant over

In fact what traders should do in these situations is flog off your holdings and buy back in lower. This will go back up next week.

Placing shares are due to hit this week. Whenever there's a placing the price normally drifts down to that level in this case 11p. After that for all the reasons given on this board it should move up again

I got in here at 50p and added some at 70p and the Mrs at 55p. I`ve bed wetted a number of times but to be fair the share price has hung around in the 50`s most days recently. There`s been a number of people on this board that have kept me in here and my thanks go out to them in a big way. Its really nice on aim for once to see things actually going the right way for once. When the RNS comes out which it ineveitably must this must double again. Remember this is a unique situation. Good luck everyone here.

Also listening to what he said and their announcement today, it maybe worth having a few quid with them. I`m in both.
