George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Jim Short expects to serve 50,000 patients when phase two is up and running and that will give CEL a turnover of £90m with £52m profits. His ambition is by 2027 to serve one million patients which will produce over £1 billion of profits. That is without profits from LVL. By my reckoning that is over £500 a share. Can someone do the maths please?

JH I'm focused on dividends, that is why I bought this share. AW only needs to make $42 a ton to pay the 10p dividend he has always talked about. We have had $20 rise in the coal price in the last few weeks alone so it looks well within their capability to pay the 10p dividend.
It is impossible to know but judging by the massive vol in the days following the placing and the tick-up in the price I would guess not much. When it goes through 22p it will all be gone. Then this should re-rate strongly imo.
Wow that is $20 up in the last few weeks. When the second high wall miner is producing BEN will be on a run rate of 1m tons pa, so the extra $20 = $20m a year on 5x = $100m which equates to $0.285 (23.5p) additional on the share price. But hang on the current share price is only 21p. It should be way more than 43.5p. The market has got this wrong imo. When the last bit of placing stock is flipped this will go quite quickly.
XPF is a super growth stock IMHO, next year 2xEV/EBITDA and 10% yield. But they are moving more to own-operated sires which is way more profitable. Also now they are taking bigger sites thus splitting costs across the two businesses. They are still a huge beneficiary of weakness in the retail property market and get phenomenal deals on great sites. It is easy and cheap to clone Boom and Escape Hunt across the country and then Europe, and then the World. A surefire 10-bagger IMHO.
I think WHI are being very conservative on dividends, AW has mentioned several time a 10p dividend for this year to March 24 that will be a yield of 35% and growing. The share price should go back over £1 but its the dividend I'm interested in. You don't need a huge position to retire in comfort. One for the SIP for sure.
Yes he's been a pain but he has let us buy very cheap stock every day for weeks now. The Met coal price is ticking up, production is increasing rapidly, cost of extraction is coming down, a 10p dividend is on the cards for 2023, this is a gift at this price.
