NB buying is a critical signal that this little company is going to the moon.

This little company has it all plently of cash, $15b of gold and copper and a very lucky CEO.

Tanzania is exceptionally rich in gold, ranking as one of Africa’s top producers and contributing significantly to the country's economy. Gold accounts for nearly 90% of Tanzania's total mineral exports and is a major driver of foreign direct investment.

Agreed this Company is worth multiples of the current market cap but who is selling it? The majority of the trades are all buys and I expected at least 16p today. That looks stupid now because someone has dumped a load of shares today but why sell out cheap when two big bidders arrive?

The Chinese could buy the whole company for a few million quid, good job the management own a big slice of it. With $15 billion of metals in their control this could get very interesting now.

It is the MM's who are causing the huge swings because they have ridiculous spreads often 40% wide. They don't make a market just manipulate the price for their own gain. AMGO has actually gone up ten fold over the last three months and the MM's are worried it will suddenly fly so they keep it 'on the wide'. Actually the bid price did not move yesterday it was the offer that came down.

At last finally the shares can start to reflect the vaue of the bank with a licence.

Plenty of bids for shares in the auction, 1,000,000 at 3p in the last one but no sellers. Investors paying 3.275p this afternoon

Yes but the price was 5p a few months before. I don't know what a fair value is for SolG but that is a mature company, we are just starting out and Mr Ransley will not sell out on the cheap, he made over $1b on his last company so I expect he will want much more for this one.

20p is a very reasonable short term target. The Chairman is very ambitious and has built multi billion businesses before. He a grafter and an ideas man but best of all he cares about his shareholders.

Mr Ransley seems a no nonsense businessman who will not have flags and fish tanks at his office and will roll his sleeves up, spend time at the mine/s and use new technology to find and mine gold. Just go and find some gold Mr R

Makes sense, they work 24/7, don't go on strike, dont get tired and don't nick the gold.

Why has no one done this before?

These short term punters are why the majority of AIM investors don't make any money. CR didn't get that reputation for success by being a quick dump merchant.

We have been waiting to see what CR is going to do with AMGO and now we know it is gold, several sites in a very good geography. This is the start of something very exciting IMHO.

The guy running Amigo is marmite, you love him or hate him. Clearly a lot of people do love him Amigo has risen from 0.3p to 1.85p since he raised money on 18th Dec.

That is impressive because we still don't know what he is doing other than it will focus on gold and rare earth mining opportunities in Africa, principally in Tanzania and Mauritania.

Well we shouldn't have long to wait, the AGM is 2nd March at 1pm. They should have some information for shareholders then. Gold is very exciting and rare earths even more so (although longer term). A good deal in either space should send the stock soaring but a bad deal would most likely cause a sell off. I'm not sure I could judge a good/bad deal but some will know. A no deal will just keep us in the waiting room for another month or two.

I'm in the positive camp because CR has such a strong reputation and the shares have done well so far. Fingers crossed.

I'm invested in CHP and AMOG, both should be big winners. Near term we are wailting for JM to deliver the reg cap which will send CHP several times higher and AMGO we are waiting for CR to deliver his first deal. I am holding both but have a hunch AMGO will be more spectacular.

CR's comment on JM stepping down. Its all about the deal now and CR has a great track record having made shareholders billions.

He has made an important contribution to Amigo assessing reverse takeover opportunities while its legacy lending business was being wound down. That process is now complete, and the Company has established a strategic focus on mining, with initial exploration activity underway in Tanzania.

Sit tight or buy, the awaited RTO must be excellent to have created this much interest, I expect the shares to move much higher on the news.

African Mining Indaba 2026

This starts on Monday and everyone connected to mining will be there including investment funds and small cap gold miners and exploration companies. This will be on all of next week and will be a huge catalyst for Companies like AJAX to make deals and make contact with investors, brokers and other miners.
