Jon Thanks for the email and my apologies for the silence. It has been the most bizarre and frustrating experience with regards the mining permit. It is in everyones interest to get it granted and get going, it seems Togo is not quite there with its understanding of international mining alas. Having said that, we have not been sitting idle as we realised a long time ago that if we rely on others, you can get horribly burnt. As such, all I can say is watch this space closely in the next short while and I hope you will be happy with the end result, I know I am. Regards Dave

Don't think Johnk meant he had a direct email from Dr. It's fairly easy to misread posts, hence the reason for doing your own research and going with facts rather than paying a great lot of attention to BB's ! Does anyone that has had comms with Dr , know the situation of or if the plant construction has started for the Togo project? Just it was mentioned the plant was being made off site to speed up the process, would be a nice show of permit confidence if this has been started or even tendered for, especially as Dr seems very confident it's imminent? A little market update seems due if for no other reason than to reassure investors.

Fair and valid comment about cash burn oil, unfortunately lack of movement/news tends to focus the mind on negatives rather than how the company has managed itself in the last 12 months, as you say pretty impressive.

Honestly wondering if a new floor will be bashed out as September has slipped by and was indicated as possibly the pivotal month.
