To clarify today’s RNS regarding the warrants. It is purely an administration issue. Each warrant holder decides when or if THEY want to exercise their warrants before the expiry date. They do this by sending the warrant certificate and payment to the company and they then send out a share certificate in exchange.
The shares can then be sold.
Each time a shareholder exercises warrants the company is obliged to issue an RNS to advise that the total shares in issue has changed . By having a block listing ( today’s RNS) it means that the company has to issue one RNS every so often giving the total ( if any) of any warrants exercised. This cuts down on the administrative burden - hope this helps

DB since when are quarterly production ( ie 3 months figures) figures announced after 1 month?
A quarter in wres case is Jan to Mar and I expect the figure to be released in April.
Don’t try and muddy the waters as usual by trying to build expectations that we will have production figures next week and making out that if they are not released that they are bad.
Try and understand what MM has said in the RNS and not your interpretation of what he said

Interesting amount of copper at Havieron - with the predicted increase in demand for electric cars etc this will be a Brucee bonus

Another major consideration is that Newcrest Telfer Plant needs the ore :)
This is being FAST TRACKED for this reason and future announcements will catch people out and that’s the reason I will be holding long term

Newcrest announces that results from the latest drilling continues to expand the gold-copper mineralisation at the
Havieron Project, 45km east of Telfer, Australia. Newcrest plans to drill an additional 20,000 – 30,000 metres in the
next two quarters to support the potential delivery of a resource estimate by the end of calendar year 2020. In parallel,
a number of environmental, geotechnical and metallurgical studies have commenced to support the potential
resource estimate and future permitting requirements.
“These results at Havieron signal the real potential for renewal of our asset portfolio in the Paterson region. The
grades we are seeing are unique for this region and we are excited to progress and accelerate our evaluation of this
opportunity. The results vindicate our strategy of searching deep undercover and, when combined with our ability to
efficiently mine deep ore bodies in a cost effective manner, demonstrates our unique capability in the industry” said
Newcrest’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Sandeep Biswas.
“The initial drill results from Red Chris have identified an additional higher grade zone sitting outside of the known
resource shell and has expanded the footprint of the mineralisation which is open to the west and at depth, confirming
the potential for additional discoveries within the porphyry corridor. Red Chris aligns with our strategic capability to
build and operate mass underground mines.” said Mr Biswas.

How can they do an MRE if they haven’t found the edge of the resource :)

Sandfire Managing Director and CEO, Karl Simich, said the results generated since the start of the Company’s expanded exploration campaign in Botswana in November last year were testament to the scale of the exploration opportunity in the Kalahari Copper Belt.
“For Sandfire to be able to report such encouraging results from the first holes into a newly- discovered shallow zone of mineralisation so soon after the MOD acquisition clearly demonstrates the outstanding potential of this copper belt,” he said.
“While the A4 Dome is a high priority for us in the immediate future, there are a number of other compelling targets planned to be drilled along the belt in this accelerated program,” Mr Simich added.
“Given its proximity to the T3 Project, we are ramping up the drilling with two additional rigs currently being sourced to scope out the potential of this exciting target.”

ASX-listed oil and gas explorer 88 Energy has gone cap in hand in front of investors on Wednesday morning as it hunts for fresh equity to strengthen its balance sheet.

The $179 million company was seeking $3 million via a placement priced at 2.1¢ a share, a 16.1 per cent discount to its 10-day VWAP, according to terms sent to funds.

Hartley's is sole lead manager and bookrunner on the offer and bids were being called for by 4pm on Wednesday.

The company retained the right to accept over subscriptions in the offer to the tune of $1 million.

Funds were told the equity would be used to fund the ongoing evaluation of the prospectivity of the company's existing assets, which are mainly located in Alaska, and strengthen its balance sheet.

The equity would also be used to cover any potential costs for its Charlie-1 well in Alaska, which is due to spud - the process of beginning to drill a well - in February.

Gervaise Heddle, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "These results finalise a positive set of overall drilling results from our 2019 Firetower campaign. By confirming continuity of mineralisation over an extensive strike length of more than 200m, we have successfully moved the project up the value curve.

The intersection of new base metal and gold mineralisation 500m east of Firetower has immediately created prospective new target zones between and along strike from the two prospects.
