If you had attended Solo’s last meeting you would have a far clearer view on what I think of the board. I told the new CEO to stop telling investors that he is in line with his shareholders, due to investing recently. I made it crystal clear to him that 95% of investors would of loved an entry point of where he invested.

Agreed, a bloody awful year. Hoping for change in 2019, without optimism investing in AIM would be pointless

I kept an avenue of communication open with the board, so Shareholders views could be expressed. You only have to read the e mail posted to see the issues there were. Tell me how I was a big supporter of NR. Just because a shareholder has a dialogue does not mean they always agree with everything they do. There were good things he did, for example swapping his expertise in geology for a further share in H1 and also was behind Solo securing the original assets in Tanzania.

During the last half of 2015 you advised me Solo had funds for the additional purchase of Kiliwani from AEX. I was therefore surprised and annoyed that you announced yesterday, yet further dilution for this purchase. Every time we seem to get good news and the share price beings to rise, it's soon reversed by an announcement of more shares in issue. Our SP is pretty much at an all time low, even though we have had a run of positive news. This is down to the fear of dilution, which once again has been proved to be the case. Shareholders do not understand why you have decided to raise funds when the share price is so low. It appears we are assisting AEX with their finance problems, when we should be looking after our own company. I very much hope in future you consider your existing long term shareholders, as at present this does not appear to be the case.

I can show you emails going back at least two years at which time I made it clear to him, his strategy of dilution was killing the company.

Ohwhatif -pick out any of my posts and you will not see one lie about Solo. I was partly responsible for ousting NR from both LGO and Solo as I thought he was rubbish as a CEO. Fact

Ab Normalguy, we don’t all throw our toys out the pram if an investment goes south. Assets are still great ( but let’s not confuse you with any facts ) . Not taking responsibility for your own investments decisions, well pretty pathetic. If you felt so strongly you could have always taken a day of school to attend an AGM.

I see all the keyboard warriors are out tonight. Brave souls wouldn’t say boo to a goose if they met the board. Anyone would have thought they were forced into investing into Solo or maybe they are under the age to accept responsibility for their decisions.

NG - man up and take responsibility for your own investment decisions. Easy to hide behind a keyboard and blame others. For your information I’ve been more critical of the Solo board in the past 3 years than any other shareholders. The difference is I have confronted then face to face about the many concerns. If you had bothered to attend the last meeting you would have witnessed this for yourself.

NG - you are really just a keyboard coward with balls made of jelly. You’ve never had the guts to stand up to any of the board because you are too busy hiding behind your screen. Meet me at the next meeting and let’s see how brave you are, bet you’d run a mile.
