Wouldn’t surprise me if Zaza was the one off loading his shares for months.

I would hope an announcement today giving an extension due to ongoing due diligence by potential Nomad

At least Puddy is doing what he can to find out information. Those who are complaining maybe they should also do something about it. To many keyboard warriors on LSE that wouldn’t say boo to a goose if they had to take action.

I can confirm Puddy has been in contact with the Cayman Court and he is waiting for them to confirm by e mail, what he was told verbally. Whether they will confirm in writing is unsure at present. Hopefully he can summerize what he was told over the phone this evening.

Had this from them 20 mins ago, I doubt they share my frustration

I am registered for court updated on their paid service and to date nothing is appearing. I also e mailed the court two days ago but no reply. Would they give a verbal outcome over the phone, not entirely sure about that.

Can someone explain how they can pay the shorter out if we are delisted. What happens if we are then relisted? Confused.com

If we re list do shorters have to then pay the money back. If not where does the money come from?
