That's not an accurate statement. Revenue recognition was 44k for one month the contract was for 12 months. The bonus was based on signing that first commercial deal which wasn't declared but one could possibly deduce that its 12*44k. Now that deal has being extended by a further 6 months and it now covers GAIN's. A commercial deal is a major step forward for a company at this stage of its journey and it's not about the revenue but proves that the products are commercially viable. That's where the upside is and paying out such a bonus is the norm for signing with such a large pharma. Looking forward to the interm results. GLA.
