RE: Background buyer mopping up shares?20 Nov 2019 21:50
Stick to facts not assumptions, where are you going with your 400k revenue that has already been included such rubbish. The results state..
Revenue of £0.2m (H1 19 to 31 July 2018: £nil)
· Reduced operating loss of £1.6m (H1 19 to 31 July 2018: loss of £2.8m)
· R&D tax credit for FY19 of £1.1m
· New revenue generating collaborations signed post period
Last point clearly states new revenue collaborationS. You or I don't know what the increase in revenue is but regardless it helps reduce the cash burn... In fairness the company only ever calls revenue recognition not the value of signed commercial deals, this is always a great sign for companies at this stage. Too many investors don't understand how to interpret companies at this stage of their lifecycle. Next results will determine where we are really at and will be the basis of my next decision to sell or add... for now it's a hold and any further collaborations announced will be a bonus.
