Lots of interesting conversation this evening. This BB is one of the better ones!!. I have made up my view which is HOLD, too much happening here for there now to be a JV or TO in my view..

As mentioned previously I work in the FSI IT space and dam Amazon and Azure(Microsoft) are the two big dogs that have challenged the incumbents in the banking sector. I particularly liked the viewpoint expressed a few weeks back that Amazon could be sniffing around Metro...

It's being called out for some time that they may actually get into banking, they practically have the area sown/sewn up today anyways..

The 3 buyers that and up to 32% of Invesco sale are:
- Richard Griffiths 8% - Oct 28th
- Ali Mortazavi 18.2% - Oct 28th
- David Norwood 6.32% - Oct 28th

So none of these took woodfords position, no RNS shows any increase to support that statement ..

One will also find that woodford sold down his 17.89% position on June 5th to less than the threshold of 5% on June 27th... Our pal Rubert built his state from Woodfords...

Based on this all your other statements hold no weight for me but if you do decide to invest back in here base your opinion on actuals. As I have stated on multiple occasions we have no idea of the actual revenue other than what has been declared and recognised on the books everything else is speculation unless you have inside information..

These chaps don't mess around, Do you really think they came in to leave the same mgt team in place or to take over regardless of how well the company was being run???...

They did their research, realised the CEO had turned it around and got 3 commercial deals signed and felt this was ripe for the taking... Also decided to put some minor funding in by mates as part of this play and thus enables the company to go to commercial partners to show the company is secure ( a bit like C4XD)

I'm sure our friend Rupert knows Richard too - catch my drift..

I have been observing your input here over the weeks since you joined the board, I mean to be fair it's been impossible to ignore :)., Anyways I feel compelled to say that NMC has found its level and you should consider your investment there if profit has been made. Its HIGH risk in my view

Some of the sells are actually buys but don't get recorded as buys. The share trades reported are best indicator but not fact. I have often seen my trades incorrectly recorded as sells when I purchased and vice versa. If you look at today's trades closely you'll identify which are incorrect and get your UT number...
