My other half works in banking compliance... and its as boring as hell and time consuming to get anything changed.... my view is with CP attempting to launch goldbloc or Tally as its now know..across multiple jurisdictions and countries that have very different approaches to banking law its just not going to get sorted within a few weeks... they maybe 90% there but just have to wait for the 10% to get their fingers out!

Well let's put it this way....

If CP and the board decide to do a sneaky one and not relist I will look at a legal route with other holders here based on the RNS's as we would of been fed BS for the last year.... If that doesn't look viable then il take it on the chin and move on.
I'd doubt it will come to that and I personally feel a lot better after the 3rns's we had the other day. The AGM will be interesting and should fill in some blanks but I will be sitting back and waiting till end of March before doing anything.

Another breakout coming...relentless buying pushing this one way. The market now knows this is worth multiples of this current SP

Relax FairBear nothing will be happening unless the company instructs the share registra to send out certs if they are not going to relist. But they will so chill.

RNS by end of week my guess...and its going to be a good one ….MB wouldn't be out there just to admire the view!

...looking at the trades we are almost at intra day high again which bodes well for strong closing here... hoping for positive comments in the share -talk interview and confirmation in forthcoming RNS in next few days..... massive upside even after todays 40% rise imho.
