Nobody will revive any share certs unless the company fails to relist in Q1 so don't even worry about it until after that point. If CP decides it's not coming back then he will instruct the registra to send them out with whatever names they are held in at the point of suspension back in May but as the last RNS states they fully intend to relist so CP won't waste the time and money sending out certs for everyone for them to send back in a few weeks.
