OEX know full well what we can have should we force this through the courts but that could drag on... the whole point is to get this sorted quickly and GSPC know they are on borrowed time.....if they start acting like they are pulling the strings then we will close them down and take 100% of Cambay. We are being kind to them offering them a way to save face and continue as a business... we will be able to squeeze them to that point.

The reason behind many here thinking news could drop anyday is quite simple...

Both parties agreed to sort this out behind the scenes instead of a long drawn out and humiliating court case or lengthy arbitration process. I'm sure OEX know they have the upper hand here and will be firm in talks as we are not the onee who are breaching the contract. They will want this sorted ASAP and the shareprice back to a respectable level to progress with more drilling in 2019
