Just thinking out loud.... Wouldn't the Arbitration process being more formal need a third party acting as a kind of mediator between the 2 parties..... as opposed to behind the scenes / out of court private negotiations just between our respctive legal teams and directors thrashing out a deal?
Either way an update on proceedings is due.

Agreed Chesh...GSPC don't have a lot of options here so they are not in the position of strength..cash poor but Cambay is a tidy asset indeed.
