I forgot to mention the very real possibility of a Major just swooping in for the entire share capital of COPL... Another thing for Art to be pondering while talking to the Majors.. Very plausible IMHO while we are still ridiculously undervalued.

Indeed, he may not want to entertain the idea... but as the saying goes... Everyman has their price.

Just think of what Art is having to oversee right now... The biggest deal of his life no doubt, of which ever move will be scrutinised.... Financially, politically, environmentally and lots of other "allys" I'm sure.
Getting decent terms on the JV alone will be monumental for COPL, refinancing with the bank(s) another milestone for the company.... extending the flaring and opening up the wells to see what they can really deliver.... again, another massively complex and financially massive move for COPL... Tie in the 2 other wells to the pipeline.... Wow... a dangerous but massively beneficial move to strengthen our negotiations with all the above parties.... The future is absolutely massive for little old COPL with its laughable £43m Mcap.

Art must be thinking $ hi t if this all comes together it's got to be £5+ maybe £10+ per share... so lets cut the fella some slack on the RNS and sit back (with a smug knowing not telling the Mrs grin on our faces). GLA LTH

To be honest SeaHawk i see your point but o er the many years of investing I've seen so many CEO's put out Mega sounding RNS's which spiked the SP massively only to turn out to be BS.

IE: Desire petroleum announcing they had struck Oil ... 2 days later announce it was actually water!

I would rather Art under promise and over deliver..... opposed to the other way round.

Surely with the imminent JV there must be some II's looking at this now... a nice TR1 with over 3% buy would raise some eyebrows... and heart rates! ;-0

Who knows Panamabob… but one the JV is determined and some numbers are attached to it the buys here will be soooooo overwhelming the market will have to move IMHO.
Even now @£43m Mcap it’s ridiculously low for what we have…everyone here knows that… the WOGCC must now surely know that after hearing what’s been spent in the last few years.

Art was 100% correct when he said a few weeks ago he’s baffled why we are not sitting circa 50p… well we will be there in a matter of weeks Art.

JV news in the next few weeks…same with RBL and we are away surely soaring towards the 50p level…. Where we should of been anyway…so lets soar toward the £ with favourable terms with both the banks and Oil Major…come on Art you can do it…word those RNS’s so it leaves the market in no doubt COPL have a one way ticket to Quidsville..train leaves end of OCT make sure your seat is booked….Chooooo Chooooo.
