Any potential partner will know Art is also talking to other potential partners…so they won’t want to be taking the PI $$ in negotiations as a slight uplift in terms with another party could be worth tens of millions to COPL… a fair deal will be sought by Art for everyone…otherwise they can jog on as we know what we are sitting on and we have the CPR to prove it.

But Art said clearly its way too big to go it alone... it's like a sole trader builder who gets contract to build a 300-house estate... needs a major onside. May even get multiple offers for complete share buyout offer it's all very possible if the Major wants to go it alone... its a Win Win for COPL.
