The ‘delayed’ report filing was dodgy as fook.
Art really is doing himself no favours if he wants to be taken seriously.
Sooner all this CUDA balls is sorted the better.

What I really want him to clarify is how much of a big deal this ‘default’ is

With WTI at circa $100, increased WI and a billion barrels to unlock getting some form of proper RBL should be a breeze.

There is no way Art is dumb enough to do a cash raise for 16 drills
IMHO we will see
1) CUDA in bag within next month or so(still no idea why this has to still be confidential now preferred bidder as Ben accepted)
2 ) Re financing done which would incorporate additional funds for development
3) Farm in after concept proved on horizontals
