Here is my take on CUDA.
We know that cash went down near the time of the deadline for bid and deposit. You don’t pay the deposit unless YOU WON.
SO IMHO COPL have bid Cash + Monies owed + an unknown component which could be a share of production up to a given sum. Art seems pretty confident here and ALREADY KNOWS if he preferred bidder just cannot state it due to confidentiality

He clearly says that the 8 million placing was raised not for CUDA bid but to fill a hole in COPL accounts…it’s right there in his latest ‘masterpiece’

winnifroth is saying COPL have not bid for CUDA at all and are just skint.

If that was remotely true Art could have easily raised a good wad of cash @ 30p or so shortly after the deep discovery.

All that needs to happen here is clarity over funding and CUDA. The 2 are linked IMHO.
We are not being helped by the ridiculous situation where by even though preferred bidder has been accepted and deposit paid it’s still deemed confidential.
Soon as we get CUDA plus finance done watch this move pronto.
As it is we have the resident goons on this board and now Winnifrith doing whatever they can to destabilise things.
