As per last comment this has been worked on for many months on the condition that CUDA is acquired.
To me the package has already been set up it’s just at what point the bank would rubber stamp it.
I had assumed as soon as full sign off on CUDA is done then RBL would follow swiftly after. Just wondering IF we may get RBL announced before and it would close on full CUDA sign off.

Interesting that the presentation stated RBL in early q2…
Just wondering if the initial approval is enough for RBL to be rubber stamped or if we need to wait till mid June for that when it’s fully signed and sealed…

2. Raise for topaz

Why small cap oilers let themselves get in this position.
EME are now super skinny on cash why on earth not raise a surplus for the drill so any raise after if not successful is not at silly levels.

I have never been clear on how/when the hedge tops out. the presentation states 1000 bopd at the hedge, so my take was this remains in place till end of 2022 and anything above that is sold at spot.
We just need the 2 pieces of the puzzle to be delivered
1. RBL
2. RS verification and very possibly an increase on COPL volumetrics for the deeps.

If you look at the Art and the recent NED they are both senior oilmen.
Plan is pretty simple to me.
Consolidate interests (done to 85 percent)
Sort pressure handling issues (imminent)
Drill,horizontals and flow them

Make no mistake once we have proven flows from the horizontals in excess of 1000 bopd majors will be all over us, whether that is for far, in or take out remains to be seen

This is the start of increased corporate governance very necessary as COPL matures as a company
