The only chance of a low ball offer would be an aggressive one.
Bearing in mind they would need to settle any debt plus pay a premium I cannot imagine anything less than a penny a share being even vaguely realistic.
Not going to happen IMHO. May do early next year when horizontals have flowed as predicted as majors can easily do the math on a more extensive well program than 2 or 3 a year and fast track production.
