Went all in at 8p, sold half @ 11, so have a very decent holding still.
I may well have taken a haircut too early but I’ve been in this game over 20 years now and experience has told me no matter how big or compelling the prize to always take some off the table.
Looking forward to results as I said GL all.

I think we can all agree on one thing.
Arties PR has been absolutely abysmal. To have a 1.5 billion barrel discovery and do ONE mumbled interview was poor to say the least.
Let’s just hope he had to just tick that box and RNS it so a bigger player could show interest.
My main gripe TBH aid not this it’s that even now with LOI signed it’s not been RNSed, so at least we would know where we stand.
He will need to throw us a bone with the quarterlies as until we get the BOPD up it’s still a waiting game.

Great drill with results in approx a month.
We have placees to flip out fully and CLN holders who can pull the trigger and de risk in this range.

We lose and someone with deep pockets is our partner
We win (no over pay as no cash raise) and all we are in the box seat later in the year for a massive farm out post horizontals

Furthermore IF there was to be a cash raise for CUDA the receiver would want to see proof COPL had funds in place prior to preferred bidder
So IMHO, We have this,without the need for a raise now, or major has taken it

Somebody (big) might just want to take the whole shebang (including COPL)
It really is chump change for the likes of Ecco/Essar even if they take us out at a substantial premium (multiples) of this silly SP.
I agree ordinarily they would not bother until our deeps are appraised (eg the 4 horinzontals flowing as planned)
But with WTI predicted tohit 150 and this being onshore US so follow on drills are super cheap put to deep water it really is not much of a stretch for the likes of Exxon or Continental to take us out or take operator status and some of COPL WI in exchange for a hefty sum….

Interesting the response confirmed that both Canadian and US assets had a LOI

We can only hope once CUDA is done and dusted one way or another Art will up his game.
Have to admit I thought we would easily be @50p by now staring up @£1+
It will happen but only when Arty gets production back at the level that was promised, plus with clarity on CUDA.
Looking on the bright side the stale SP has allowed me to accumulate and additional 35 percent on my holding.
But with WTI @$100+ it’s only a matter of time till this moves in lumps.
