Regarding the particularly slow pace of IPCC, is it also beyond the realms of possibility the govt are delaying and will only award to a national, e.g .Petrol who can buy us with their beer money. Govt give Petrel the nod IPPC will go through on T/O, make a bid at a mutually acceptable price and its done... Just a theory...

IMHO there have been too many coincidences here with negative slant RNSs that point to price being kept within a set VWAP. We get a rise from review - discussions under way, boom we get a derisory RNS on Pg11. It's not beyond the realms of possibility a deal is being done that will make a bid of 3p ish look insanely attractive as current investors have been brow beaten into submission.

The stock is simply being manipulated on low volumes by traders pump it to .8 then gradually sell down to .45 again rinse and repeat....

40 mill spent + 20 mill mkt cap would = 60 mill a bid of approx. 2.85p. Not great but I reckon it would be accepted by holders sick of this charade

I imagine the only thing Kelly is really annoyed about is getting in bed with a total feckwit like GJ....but he is not going to say that is he. As I said the best thing IMHO that they could do is flog their Dempsey holding to Raven if they will take it as the well is a disaster - we already knew it was basically nailed on the field levels would produce commercially - so that was pretty much a given, the rest of the drill has been a total failure.

If the ceo has no respect for holders it seems pointless to hold sgc imho. The confidence in the whole basin is shot as raven energy drill which was way better managed than Dempsey also is a tight reservoir so same issue. When they eventually drill Alvarez no one will give a toss about gas show Rns as without a frac it will just fart out a couple of chuffs of gas. At least eme have other assets that should put Dempsey behind us

Gazza., it became very clear to me that the posts that were appearing on hotcopper last year that I thought were just desperate de ramps were in fact true. Namely that the reservoirs were likely to be tight and that GJ was using Dempsey to test for future optimal production - eg a test well - at the expense of holders. I sold my entire SGC holding at a large loss last night as I cannot take a CEO who has zero respect for holders. Put it in here @ 10.3p as I consider EME unfortunate bystanders to this joke drill. This should recover once the stench of Dempsey is gone....

Considering how poor the results were from flow test. Hopefully EME can put the Dempsey farce behind them and move on with their true high value assets..not those that fart out less gas than me after a vindaloo.
