rift I like your enthusiasm mate I really do - but to dismiss the possibility of a placing is like putting your head in the sand and hoping for the best. In an ideal world we get NNPC in the next couple of months then do a small placing at a high price. BUT if we don't get approval its Arts duty to ensure the company has adequate strength on the bal sheet. Let's hope the Nigerians pull their finger out and get the approval done ASAP.

An INA based solution does not require IPPC, so if they were going to bid it would make sense to do it pre approval. I doubt the local government would allow this though, remember if they did t/o they need approval for all new wells, and we all have seen how good the Slovenians are at dragging their heels with admin. I believe the solution will come from a larger Slovenian company, ideally Petrol and then all of a sudden things will move quickly, As ever Col has missed a trick by not RNS ing that pg11a is running at full tilt......... Jeez.....

Issuing an Rns to say ‘pg11a is now producing at its highest rate before it was suspended and is expected to materially increase cash flows at current prices’ is just basic common sense Mr market likes it in black and white.....

Yup I’ve been saying for ages if no approval in next few weeks art will do a placing to ensure cash in place for all costs at least till year end, it’s just common sense. If we get NNPC then the raise will be well north of 1p

Harry, IF there is a placing near term it will likely be at a discount to current price. If you believe that this project will receive any placing will be a temp head wind before larger gains..

Quite simply is no news near term Yes they have commenced discussions, but any news likely months away. DFS not due till year end. I heard the recent interview the CEO did that pretty much confirmed same.

Harry dilution is inevitable - the question is at what price, pre NNPC and we are looking at I would guess 500,000,000 shares around 0.4 p. Post and it would certainly be well above 1p+... That's the gamble,

Agree 100% Anything to do with Mozambique will require cash. We are burning 400k a month as it is.... The only game in town ...for now is Nigeria...
