Some folks seem to think that as the sp is v low the takeover price will be only at a modest premium to current SP, Different industry I know but Stellar diamonds, who were skint but had some very nice diamond assets were recently taken out at a 400% premium the pre-bid price � So case in point interested parties will bid what they see as fair value for the asset � and the asset here with low geo risk is very good indeed in a rising gas price environment. We all know NAV is around �200 mill, so it stands to reason that a suitor may consider a bid around 80 mill as a very good price for the whole shebang here� 80 mill would be circa 3.4p�

Assuming the bidders have a good idea on the field and its potential, combined with the strong gas price, you would think this is a simple matter of the price - plus whether CH is insisting in a position in the company interested. 10m EUR capex is peanuts for any medium let alone size company. Let's bring this charade to and end CH pls and hopefully you will do the right thing for holders

V interesting Rns...it’s ever a bad idea to fill the coffers as contingency from a position of strength. If negotiations did fall through this will prove to be a shrewd move...

I am suggesting that it’s not in the long term interest of shareholders to be associated in any way with gj. Regarding a frac well we were told last year gj was discussing optimal frac scenarios with some of the finest minds in the basin. We are now mid May and we still have not even submitted the application. The deeper horizons have been nothing short of a disaster and the sp at sgc and here reflects that.

So the most botched flow test in history comes to an end. The results from the commingled zones were quite frankly pathetic- one fifth of the field level flow test, how gj can call this a pleasing result leaves me beyond words. The best thing eme could do is to flog their share of Dempsey to raven energy and get rid of any association with gj. That would then allow results from the genuine assets to bare fruit. Sad day for all holders today....

If we get any reasonable offer they have to disclose it. There are no II chums here to keep CH in so unless he has managed to get a role at ina petrol or whoever takes us out it will get voted through no issues..

Didso my issue with GJ is he has done nothing to protect shareholder value. SGC just placed @ 5c, which is an absolute total joke, considering it was hovering around 20c for a while. He stated he had to test bottom up (with the most risk first) What have we just done - tested a field level reservoir at commercial rates. if he had one this whilst sentiment was high I would estimate SGC would be nearer to 30c than to and likewise 30p or so here... So yes it may (hopefully) come good, but with the inept management of the drill he has us starting at pre-drill levels here 10-13p range, which considering he was spouting off about a world class discovery is a joke. Personally I think they will squeeze out a commercial rate from comingled zones, which should at least put a floor under the price and hopefully give some upward momentum.

That you see above mkt size are IMHO part of an orchestrated plan to keep the sp at an agreed level...soon as full ask is paid sure as eggs are eggs you see a couple of decent size sells. They are not even big trades, but as this stock is entirely retail its very easy for a few individuals to control the price on low volumes.

Pricing this in as a small discovery hence no fireworks. None the less a great start to the Echo program...

The joke market cap @ 10% of nav must be very attractive I am quite sure even a 60m bid would be accepted...
