You also need to factor in HUR has zero political risk..

I’m in both and agree both undervalued.
TLW however is far more complex if someone did want to take it out as you are looking at 3.5 billion including debt plus a premium to make it attractive to holders so let’s say 4 billion.
Hur could easily be taken out for 500 mill including debt and a healthy premium to this sp.
500 mill is nothing to even a mid cap like PREM...
Still feel something is going on in the background.

Someone with deeper pockets could easily accelerate the development here.Hur are currently doing the legwork for them and it’s not hard to imagine someone with a more agressive field development plan turning this into a 100k bopd field in short order due to the high productivity of each well, so less wells required...

This is reminding me very much of Xcite energy before its meteoric rise back in its prime.
You have an insane amount of people claiming to be experts and rubbishing this due to it being an unconventional play.
You may recall the current Kraken production was also mercilessly attacked by so called experts.
Here are the facts
Hurricane own 100 percent one of the highest production (eg per well) wells in the North Sea
They have managed to get to production with a modest debt- no mean feat
They have farmed our half of Warwick to Spirit for multiples of the current mkt cap
The current Lancaster wells are not even in the most productive area and for some to dismiss the model as a failure due to a high water cut on a tiny portion of Lancaster is laughable.

Make mo mistake big oil are p9ssed they missed out on this and it feels very much like they are trying to get their grubby hands on it on the cheap.

We could be pumping 90k and not move.
Until the background seller is done we are stuck at this derisory sp.

There is a high water cut on 7z but it’s bring carefully managed with the use of esp. You would think the plan is over time this will drain out as suggested by perched water concept

So they are being conservative with the 7z to keep production stable. Smart move. Let’s see this start to re rate now.
