Looks to me like they wanted the seller fully out as they would have only sold into good news. Day after they are out we get a reasonable RNS with a hint of more to come.

We are not seeing a tick up here with North Sea M&A activity on the up. We are dirt cheap with substantial sub surface infra in place tax credits not to mention high productivity wells that just need some capital to determine optimal production. Bod need to fast track some good news.....and more details on the sandstone would be a great start

Yup saw that PMO had huge debt but the revised North Sea based company has significant liquidity now.
Not a stretch to see them or someone else gobbling us up
