AIM is all about calculated risk for major gains and IMHO the risk of finance not completing is small and the upside of it completing is high and therefore warrants a position pre news.

Looks to me this is a done deal that just needs the pen pushers to get their butt in gear and get the paperwork done...
You wait for the RNS confirming this and you will likely something like a 20 percent premium to close on the previous day.

Who knows how high it will go but I think we all can agree it will be higher than now. I can’t see why 2p is not possible as it crystallises the value of Saltfleetby which is not fully priced in.
Can’t understand people who are talking them selves out of a profit. Buy for an easy trade of min 20% or hold for full value...

It’s pretty clear at the latest it will close on Monday more likely before that. Looks like all stock was forward sold into the rise pre placing and now stock us with sticky fingers...

Legal and corporate due diligence is being conducted in parallel with the drafting of the loan facility and security agreements, with the objective of concluding the documentation in the coming two to three weeks, with

2 and a bit weeks since the RNS stating finance closing in 2-3 weeks so news can drop any time

I’ll be the first to acknowledge there have been some dark times here and I also thought it was poor form GL did not do a PB offering.
But now is the time to draw a line under it and look forward to positive news flow. A significant investor put some serious coin in here and as the saying goes follow the money.

Once Saltfleetby funding is fully in place this will move sharpish...

Lets see who has their pants around there ankles again for not being in when value accredstive news drops...

It’s just common sense we know news is due shortly that will make Saltfleetby a GO.
At that point a substantial re rate will occur.....Locked and loaded...

Yup premium buy anything decent and they will take my entire holding at a premium to bid

We are certainly in the slot for news by end of week at latest.
Taken my first decent position in ANGS for some time let’s see if Lord Lucan delivers.
