I am of the same mind, quite happy to buy in once finance is known. The repeated reference to bond holder discussions....not only to refinance the current bond but also to provide additional funding is a huge red flag to me. It’s also somewhat disappointing that after months of analysis they are not confident a sidetrack now would be a success...

Agree let’s see @ 10.39 if planning is approved clearly ANGS have done what has been asked as originally the recommendation was to refuse nod it is to approve

It’s just plain common sense they approve this the whole point of the EWT is to prove oil can be extracted safely and in this case with minimal impact to the environment.
They have seen it’s been done safely at HH so no idea why they are kicking up a fuss...

Angus Energy plc (AIM: ANGS) welcomes West Sussex County Council Planning Officer's decision to recommend approval of the Company's application for a one year extended well test at the Company's oilfield site at Balcombe on PEDL244. The Planning Committee Meeting will be held remotely on Tuesday 2 March at 10.30 am at which time a decision will be made.

The reason this is dropping is not because pis are selling at a loss it’s because we are seeing and endless supply of shares dripped to the market from a 5p purchase price

To blame IMHO for this sh8t show. This should have opened no higher than 7p and natural buying would have taken place to in excess of 10p.

Placees have not dumped. planning officer onboard with Balcombe, new financing on offer (admittedly taking longer than we would like). put these together and the fact we are 10 percent under the placing price and it’s a buy IMHO

I think people have forgotten this..... meeting tomorrow for Balcombe where approval has been reccomended. Could easily be back above 1p in the blink of an eye...
