Foreverfalling.
What exactly have I lied about. Quite right I sold out completely in the 30s. And yes that'd my tweet. Now find my tweet from a day or two later where I explain why I'm no longer annoyed at having sold.
I keep coming back because I'm interested in the markets and this share. I might have missed something because I just don't get the excitement over the Alderbaron thing. It's a weirdly constructed deal with a non-entity dressed up in the RNS as some kind o technology disruptor. There's no record anywhere of it having done anything ever. It appears to be a private family wealth office.
That's fine if course. But it leads me to think it's more.of an investor than a customer, and the nature of it's position in any wider dealmis somewhat opaque. I suspect it's an investor in other companie(s) operating in similar spaces, but that initsled doesn't directly help dev.
It's all a bit odd and raises a.lot of question marks.
Quite happy to discuss sensibly with people who are capable of engaging rather than resorting to petty accusations of lying or having some kind of agenda. You should be open minded about all of your investments.
nomura, I have at no point ever called Dev a fraud.
Sold out in 40's and 30's actually. Was nnoyed at myself when the Aldebaron thing was announced but after a tiny bit of research I'm totally at peace with selling out when I did.
I wonder who Aldebaron are?
Strange you can't find any trace of them on the internet, given they've allegedly had so much impact in the tech space. Odd. Very odd.
Look at thee 2019 figures for a proper comparison. "Growth" is always going to be phenomenal using 2020 comparisons.
cannyladdy "sell up and move on". Hahahaha. Like I invested in this rubbish in the first place. Next you'll be saying I'm not allowed to comment because I'm not a holder.,
Reddit 100% agree. Plus why has Matthew Clare set up some non-entity JV instead of doing it through his Arlington Energy vehicle??? Perhaps because he doesn't want Arlington tarnished with what's going down here.
I did say this was a bag of ****e when the JV was first announced and got a load of abuse for it. Oh look, someone who works in the sector and said it was a bag of ****e was right all along. Who'd a thought it?
Cremator. Agree.
Bit disappointing that we haven't started the heap leach process yet. Ore stacked on the pad is great, but even if they get the approval today we're still several weeks at least away from gold production. The bity about reviewing options for gold extraction hints at further delay to me.
Will continue to hold because this is going to be a cash cow when it gets going, and it isn't very far off now, but I'm a bit underwhelmed at their investor relations.
Had a nibble here. Seems like a no brainer.
GUN is not valued art less than NAV. half year report says NAV £4.8m. Current Market cap £7+m.
Doesn't mean GUN isn't worth investing in, but your statement that it's valued below NAV is incorrect.
Was FEVR already valued at £150m at that stage though?
Because Loopup would be an insignificant contribution to Microsoft's bottom line perhaps?
Don't understand "...will produce 1MW electricity annually from 1 tonne of straw or wood pellets". That's a nonsensical statement.
Do they mean 1MWhr per tonne of feedstock? If so, it's a terrifically inefficient plant as straw has a net energy content of 14GJ/te (3.9MWhr). Just burning it in a conventional thermal plant would net you about 1.5MWhr electricity.
He was bang on the money with Quindell.
I don't care for his style, but he does highlight food for thought at times.
Tiny yield of helium from fusion. And it's a looooong way off in any case. HE1 have nothing to fear there!
I've seen this all over twitter for the past couple of weeks, and just don't get it. Why would margin calls in AAA cause people to sell DEV? And even if that were so, why would that selling pressure continue for several weeks??
I have to say this is very reminiscent of Quindell. That company also announced deals with newly incorporated companies that turned out to be worth nowt.
Why on earth have they progressed the project to this stage without even having a binding lease option in place? That is one of the very first things you do! Otherwise the landowner can just say "Thank you very much, I don't think I'll go ahead after all" and now has a pieces of very valuable land with planning consents etc in place.
That's 20% dilution, way less than the percentage reduction of holdings. They've sold, the muppets.
Plenty of people have lost more than that on investments. TR1 holders don't get it right all the time.
Plus I'm sure many of them will be able to write any losses off against tax liabilities to an extent, which probably just makes it into "punt money" significance for them.
