SGZ will not pay dividends until phase 2 is up running and paid for +cash in the bank for future projects.There would be no point in paying dividends then possibly having to raise more cash.Possibly 3/4 years down the road there might be a divi.This is my opinion only.As Yayay said, some of us will be feeding the daisies by then.Consider it a growth share where the profit is in the sp.As I said this is my opinion only.

CP52,you are correct that the directors would have probably coughed up the money anyway and it is a cheaper way to do it.Extending the deadline to coincide with production would have been a much appreciated gesture though.However by the Ides of March the yellow stuff at 19.3 gravity should be flowing down the hill.Who knows we might have had Brexit by then.

The share options which end 31/12/19 do not look like being a success so what does Scotgold do? they give an equivalent share option to the directors at 35p and dress it up as a good thing overall.The company in good faith should have extended the share option to the end of Feb 2020.But then again WTFDIK.

Langtro I know there are delays there are always delays but the amount of delays here have worn investors out.This is not just another small delay,it is a very expensive and annoying delay.From past experience I know you will never change your mind about SGZ.It is Scorched into your brain. Good afternoon Langtro.Of course they raise funds but they said not so long ago that they were now fully funded and that makes a big difference ie some people took that as a done deal.They have just borrowed an extra £3m.So, at the expected extraction of 200 000 ozs. of gold equivalent over the course of the life of the mine this loan has cost £15 an ounce regardless of the pog.The price of gold will vary hugely over the next 8 years but this £15/ oz cost will still be there.Do you really believe the SP will be over a pound in Feb? nah, I thought not.

£2.65 million +£320k loan for machinery barely 3 weeks ago.Nigh on £3m more debt in this month alone I did wonder at the time why NLR sold his options for a penny each.I now need to wonder no more.It is quite disingenuous of them to quote expected higher profits due to the higher gold price.A 10 year old could have worked that out all alone.We will get there but as my old school report used to say ''could have done better.''

Maybe its just me looking at the way my oil shares have dropped in the last few days verde - that b*stard Trump has got a lot to answer for!!!-------- if it was not for TRUMPet with his iran/venezuela sanctions your oil shares would be a lot lower than they are.
