RE: Dear Scotgold3 Sep 2017 10:23
My point is this now that consolidation is complete and the share capital has been reduced and the share price has risen to £0.38 pence The Bonus Warrants were to be honoured should the stock rise above £0.01 pence which I believe we are there now and at that price, My broker is telling me that the Warrants are still under water how can they be we are £0.37pence above, has anyone taken up there entitilment ?

REDEAGLE, you are implying that you should still get the new shares at 1p (and the same amount) If the consolidation which would then be worth around 38p.
If only it were that easy we would all be millionaires. As previously explained, the consolidation of 1 share for every 100 works across the board including these new shares. At 38p they are worth .38p pre consolidation. You are not being cheated, the deal is still the same.Had the consolidation not take place, would youreally have bought in at 1p?.If the answer is yes then I think the stock market is not for you.
