Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Spbhoy, I accept there can be any number of mitigating circumstances. And I’m certainly happy with what I’ve heard and read about Fortune, and actually delighted I am not in charge. We can at least amicably agree on that. However I do believe that in many cases strikes could have been avoided if management had been a bit more savvy.
In my opinion it is a failure of management to not foresee and resolve any trade union dispute or worker grievances before there is any strike or interruption to normal production, the responsibility for the smooth running of the company at the ground floor level is given to senior highly paid executives. They should have had an ear to the ground and been aware of any trouble brewing and of course resolved the matter before it becomes too serious, it is their job to keep things running and why they are highly paid.
If I was in charge I’d be hauling their backsides over hot coals.
Help, I’m hearing voices.
A voice on my right shoulder is saying “I told you not to buy so many, you’ve only yourself to blame, I told you to top slice several times, c’mon, get a grip. When are you ever going to learn?”
A voice on my left shoulder is saying “ya wimp, buy more, buy more…lots more while you can, cash in that dodgy VRS stock, go for a long leveraged spread bet on BMN – you’ll make 4 times as much”
Left voice replies “yeah its 4 times the profit but 5 times the risk….be sensible, man-up, get out now, take that loss on the chin, it’s not that bad.”
Right says “he’s having a laugh, its coming good, its coming good, get on in there….
Don’t worry peeps, I’ve been here before, as have several of you I think. Aiming to maintain status quo until next RNS…but ditching VRS….…mmmm….. need to think about that.
No mention of BMN in Short Positions reported to FCA, but I dont know the rules and how easy they are to bypass.
