There is a disadvantage in leaving AIM for some of the more elderly amongst us, and that is the considerations for IHT.
It appears that BMN shares held for 2 years or more are exempt from all IHT.

VanEck also own MVIS who determine the index. Is that unusual?
I wonder if the index is used by anybody else.

I’ve just watched fairly boring Panorama program (shown last night) mainly about Neil Woodford, surprisingly it includes a couple of conversations with Tom Winnifrith spouting forth on the ethics and morals of fund managers. Arrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!!

It seems likely that BMN will be getting closer to VRFB manufacturers or even becoming one themselves, if so, then I predict we will be offering lease arrangements for the entire package.
I can also imagine deals with power distributors to use VRFB boxes for free and the income for BMN/BE is provided by selling the electricity back to the distributor.
well worth a listen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNt1hF7uM4Q&app=desktop
I've invested in VRS and there is just a non-stop stream of news about possibilities for graphene, including graphene use in batteries. Use of Vanadium+Graphene is also mentioned from time to time.

"It has also been discovered that creating hybrid materials can also be useful for achieving battery enhancement. A hybrid of Vanadium Oxide (VO2) and graphene, for example, can be used on Li-ion cathodes and grant quick charge and discharge as well as large charge cycle durability. In this case, VO2 offers high energy capacity but poor electrical conductivity, which can be solved by using graphene as a sort of a structural “backbone” on which to attach VO2 - creating a hybrid material that has both heightened capacity and excellent conductivity."
No, I've tried all the easy stuff like that I think, it seems to me that its the CloudFlare layer that's returning a bad response code presumably because it can't verify the IP address properly when the request is issued from Word/Excel. There could be a setting somewhere in those app that would fix it, but it's no big deal, just means a couple of extra mouse clicks to navigate my way around.
Thanks.
