As my post of the 1st Dec 2023, this post shows Financing until November 2024 !!

In this post I had taken out £1,000,000 of Devote funding completely, which is probably being a tad harsh, as JC did say that he thought we would get some more funding from Devote, but not all of the £1.2mil.? He also suggested that we would likely get other funding from other sources ?!!

I also removed my belief that we would reduce our Monthly £400k expenditure to around the £275k per month. We have no evidence that this is going to happen, which is a surprise to me, seeing as Russ Shaw stated in the March 2023 Presentation that ''we spend £125k per product per month on Product Development, and we usually have 2 Development Products running at any one time, so it is easy to see where cost savings can be made'' - intimating that we can save on Development costs on our MT-RNR1 and CYP2C19 Tests??

I also took out further R&D Tax refunds for the Tax year ending June 2024. I reduced this to zero based on Russ Shaw saying that the R&D Tax refund rate has changed, but he did not say by how much, and to what? - I am sure it will be greater than zero in reality though?!!

I did leave in the £800k R&D Tax refund due in the 1st Qtr of 2024, for the Tax year ending June 2023, because Russ Shaw confirmed that we would be receiving this amount !!

Also I did not include any income from sales all the way up to November 2024, yet we know sales are happening, so add the value of sales income as people see fit !!

JC did say that we will need to raise cash early in the 1st Qtr of 2024, either via a placing, Or taking on Debt (currently we have Zero Debt).

We are also pursuing Funding through sources.

I believe we are intent on further Drawdowns from RF up to the total of £5mil agreement?!!

How do Our Finances look after Yesterday’s Results Presentation?

Russ Shaw stated that we have £1mil in cash (as of 23rd November), and £300k due from RF (Our 3rd Drawdown)

At running costs of £400k/month – This money will last until c. 2nd March 2024 ( a correction here)

Then we have £200k due from DEVOTE Funding soon, takes us to 31st March 2024.

Then we have £800k due from R&D Tax Refund due first Qtr 2024, takes us to 31st May 2024.

Then should we receive the remaining 7 x £300k RF Drawdowns = £2.1mil, takes us to 7th November 2024.

Then we have the next R&D Tax Refund for the Year ending 30th June 2024 – Not sure how much this will be after Russ Shaw saying Yesterday that Tax Refunds had been reduced as of April 2023?

The above does not include any new revenue from sales, and James Cheek stated that Commercial Traction is happening !!

Then we have Funding avenues, under exploration!

James was Very keen on the FDA submission for Our MTRN1 (AIHL) Test, and said that this would need a cash raise in the first Qtr of 2024.

I have taken a tougher view after our end of year Presentation, still looking Good for 2024.

And as you say the possible Raise early in 2024; OR possible take on of Debt (currently we have No Debt); Or possibly a Partner in the USA will be to Finance an FDA Approval Application for our MT-RNR1 IMHO !!

I was surprised that in answer to my question on receiving the whole £1.2mil Devote funding, James Cheek responded saying, 'he did not think we would receive the whole £1.2mil'.

I was also surprised to see our monthly costs had not reduced from £400k per month, considering Russ Shaw comments in our March 2023 Presentation?

However, JC came across as Dynamic; Honest and ''On It'' !!

Great to see we have received orders from our Distributors outside of the UK, just as he said we would !!

The next £300,000 Drawdown, does not look too far away, with the outstanding money from the full £5,000,000 Drawdown Agreement, 'most likely to be taken up', over the coming months, as I see it - IMHO !!

Have You actually listened to the Presentation ?

When I say running the business Month to Month - Day to day - The £400k per month does Not just include keeping the Lights on (as you put it). By far the majority of the £400k per month goes to Product Development, and All that this entails.

For the Year ending 30th June 2023 we spent £3.9mil on R&D - That is an average of £325K per month.

It costs about £125K per Product in Development (said Russ Shaw, in the March Presentation) - Therefore 2 Products (MTRN1 and CYP2C19) costs about £250K per month - These costs are largely included in the £400K per month expenditure.

To run the Business and keep the lights on (as You put it) costs somewhere between £75K and £150K per month - not sure of the actual figure - my workings out come from the R&D costs.

James Cheek clearly stated (excitedly I would say) we are gaining 'Commercial Traction' - I think he said 'watch this space' - Not totally sure about the wording he used? - I will need to listen to the Presentation again.

Sells are what we need, and James Cheek is on it !!

The money we have, and the money coming in will keep our Business running and paying R&D costs - until such time that sells revenue takes over - is how I see it.

Going Concern statements are Not uncommon amongst AIM companies, and we have posted Going Concern statements for a few years - I believe, without checking.

You said ''GDR is not the only firm in this space'' - Well that is Not what James Cheek said in the Presentation - James made a Massive point about Our MTRN1 Test in saying - There is absolutely no one out there that does what we do !!

James also said that he did not see AI/machining affecting our Test in the short to medium term - Have you listened to the Presentation? - I suggest You do, and if You have, try listening to it again - it is well worth the listening time.

I also believe that RF will at some point exercise their warrants, when our SP is a wedge higher than it is today, and Yes I also believe they will make a lot of money from them.

As I have stated in my first posts today (One post spread over two submissions) - I have Not yet figured those notes from todays presentation, into my new calculations yet.

It is obvious to me that posters like 'incognito the False', and 'Carlose666' have not properly read my posts, not understood them, and not realised that I have not yet posted new calculations taking into consideration todays Presentation/information.

So for them to post ''Bigliar67 says that GDR are funded intil Oct 2025.'' is complete non-sense - as this was calculations posted prior to todays information, and this has obviously changed as of today.

In my post I did show, that the money to come from RF on exercise of their warrants is a 'date unknown'?

eg - I stated the following, from my previous posts:- ‘’Since April we have also received a further £600,000 from RF (And a further £336,000 due from RF on exercise of their first two drawdowns of Warrants – Date unknown?)’’

Please also Note, that I have Never Ever included the payments RF would have to pay GDR, 'on exercise of their warrants', as GDR 'income' in Any of my GDR Finance calculations.

Just that 'should' RF exercise their warrants, then they have to pay GDR those sums of money !! £336,000, plus the £118,000,so far, as stated.

RF may Never exercise their warrants, however I would be surprised if they don't, at some point in the future ?!,

The reason I post my calculations/numbers is that they are my reasons for investing in Our GDR.

My Post states the Numbers I have posted previously, (denoted in quotation marks), followed by my notes from todays Presentation (written with No quotation marks).

As I stated I will figure todays information into my calculations/numbers and post when complete.

Today it was stated that we will receive our 3rd £300K Drawdown from RF - As I have posted before – I believe the Company will go for the Full 10 x £300k Drawdowns in Total ?!!

From today’s information I am unsure as to whether we will receive as much as £1mil Tax Refund for the period ending June 2024? – Because it was said that the amount of Tax Refund has been reduced since April 2023 – I believe that this what was said.

The above is a major Blow to my calculations, as Not only did I believe we would receive £1.2mil from in-direct DEVOTE Funding, I also thought we would we would receive further in-direct Funding through DEVOTE.

James Cheek came over Very well in the Presentation, and Certainly gave a Positive view on Future sells !!

It was Very concerning that James Cheek stated today until he arrived – Countries had not received details of Our Products in their own language – Wow – How did this not happen? – However, They do now

FDA Pre Sub discussions still Very Much alive, and hopefully we will receive Financial help from the United States for the submission of Our AIHL Test ?!! It was Good to hear we still have partners in the USA helping us with keeping costs down !!

My calculations v's todays Numbers:- My Previous Posted comments below are highlighted in quotation marks ‘’ – ‘’, and Todays updates follow underneath with No quotation marks.

I submitted several questions before the Presentation today, and several questions during the Presentation - The most dis-appointing response was to my question about the DEVOTE Funding:-

I asked today:

It has been said we will receive £0.2mil through the DEVOTE Funding process. Will we receive the full £1.2mil over the course of the next Year ?

James reply today was that he does not believe we will receive the whole £1.2mil - He did not say how much of the £1.2mil we would receive?

‘’As of 14th March 2023 we had £2 mil in cash + £2 Mil from RF in April + No less than £500k R&D Tax refund due end of this year = £4,500,000’’ –

Today it was stated that we will receive £800K, in R&D Tax Refund, to be paid in the first qtr of 2024 which is £300k higher than in my numbers) !! all be it to be paid later that I originally thought.

In my numbers above I worked on us receiving £1.2mill in, in-direct DEVOTE Funding during the course of 12 months, and hopefully further in-direct funding from DEVOTE - Unfortunately it was stated today (in answer to my submitted question) that James Cheek does Not believe we will receive the Full £1.2mil – But we are due to receive £0.2mil soon – He did not say how much more of the £1.2mil we would receive? – I will therefore change my calculations accordingly, using £0.2mil from DEVOTE, until we hear differently?
