OUR Our CYP2C19 Test is worth £8,500,000 per Annum, in the UK, on NICE Full Recommendation - Expected on 31st July - Not long Now !!!

I have just Googled this:-

When NICE recommends a treatment 'as an option', the NHS must make sure it is available within 3 months (unless otherwise specified) of its date of publication. - OK so Our CYP2C19 Test is not a Treatment, however, Our Test could change the Treatment a patient receives - so the question is 'What do we think an Implementation plan would look like' ?

Good points you make about James Cheek being more business savvy - working with PH to get the Placing through !!.

Also a Good point that Manchester could well jump on the use of Our CYP2C19 Test on Approval !!

Also James Cheek urgently ensured that Euro countries received documentation in their own language. David Budd had said that Euro countries needed documentation in their own language, however it would appear he was too overwhelmed to put this priority in place?

Many Thanks for confirming Our BOD's are working on their belief that Financing New Products will be covered through Sales !!!

With Our Board believing and Indeed expecting to see our current, Recommendation in draft, receive Full Recommendation from NICE for Our CYP2C19, that does appear doable !!!

Certainly NICE have clearly stated where Our POC CYP2C19 scores above our POC competitor - Genomadix. !!

Now this post of yours is much more pleasant to read, and one that I can relate too, and understand !!

Buying in at the offer price or even slightly lower for some, should prove to be the Real Deal for many here ?!!

Certainly helps a lot for those of us that needed to average down - just needed to believe in OUR GDR together with PH, and not least. us PI's, would pull it off for us !!

For me, we have 2 Great Products, with a lot of support coming from many quarters - such as the NHS; NICE; Devote support/funding; etc

Our GDR appear to have put Loads in place for the successful Launch of our CYP2C19, and the progressive sells of our MTRN1 Test.

Those regular Events and Seminars, have in my opinion played No small part in the successful future of our Product's.

Many Posters have criticised, and taken the Micky out of our Attendance and Event Stand Suitability, with comments like 'it is just a day out for Employees', 'to give out Pens', from a 'Cheap looking Stand'. It is my view that most of those Posting Critics were, and possibly are still Not Shareholders ?

Our James Cheek and the Team have in my opinion pulled the Proverbial Rabbit out of the Hat !!

It is No wonder Our BOD bought into the recent Finance raise, with Our Chief Finance Officer taking up 1,700,000 shares !!

Another area of criticism has been pointed at the BOD's announcement that they intend to increase Monthly Costs to £600K in 2025, (for how long and from precisely when, I am unsure) in order to develop New Products - It is my opinion that our Board recognise the Importance to keep launching New Products is Paramount for a Successful future - My hope is that they believe we can pay for this extra cost through Increasing Product Sales ?!!

Thanks for your post, However that is Not a Publication, it is in my view a NICE employee's opinion, albeit the Project Manager, who has not made that email Public?

The NICE Publication clearly states :- Expected publication date: 31 July 2024 !!

Can you please confirm where and why 'you thought' the Company (Genedrive) said the '31st July at the earliest' ??

What is Odd about that is you were moaning about how painful it is to have so much tied up in GDR, whilst it is doing nothing.

Loads of negativity thrown at our GDR in your post - Whilst all the time you were obviously planning to Buy more GDR shares ?

And in less than 81 minutes you posted that you had bought more GDR shares, to quote you - ''painfully tying up more money whilst they are doing nothing'' of which 'one of your Buys' showed as a sell - so you bought more GDR shares with more than one purchase ? - Some here could be forgiven for thinking your intentions are to throw negativity at our GDR, in an effort to persuade shareholders to sell, and You buy in at a lower price ?

Yes I would have also thought that the Company would at least be informed of delays - however, Genedrive have said they learnt of the delay in the same way we did, and without any other knowledge I feel I should believe Genedrive.

Have NICE ever followed through with an update on further delays to you ?

Or could it be that NICE send out their response as standard ? - "We thank you for your patience on this guidance development and will notify you if we expect any further delays with publication." - But do not always get round to sending out such notifications of any further delays ?

It is my understanding that there is only 5 Labs in the Country, and these Labs take somewhere between 24 - 48 hours to process Tests ?

Our CYP2C19 Test :-

The test can be performed at the bedside or in a ward, and can deliver a clinically actionable result in about one hour.

NICE have stated that our POC bedside Test should be used if a Lab Test is not available - with only 5 Labs in the Country, and taking 24 - 48 hours to process Tests, then surely these Lab Test restrictions makes Lab Tests unacceptable for use ?

I was Very Pleasantly Pleased when NICE announced (on 3rd April 2024) their Full Recommendation (albeit in draft guidance) that our ''Genedrive® CYP2C19-ID test should be used as the test of choice for point-of-care strategies.

My concern at that time was that NICE would decide our CYP2C19 Test needed a further 3 years or so of Test data ?

'Full recommendation' in NICE draft guidance, and in the latest Presentation Q&A 1:02:20 - Gino Miele, our CSO stated that their expectation is that NICE will give the 'Full Recommendation', and they do not anticipate the 'Full Recommendation' will change, though this is a draft guidance at the moment. It is in Public Consultation, and the final recommendation is in early July. (Now 31st July 2024).

I have always wondered whether the previous Consultation dates moved out in order to gain further information, and NICE to give this Full Recommendation in Draft guidance?!!

The RNS today dismisses the post about our Genedrive knowing of this announced delay before the financial raise !!

NICE are simply being their usual thorough selves !!

A delay of another 3 weeks before NICE Final decision is announced, is Not a problem for me - it is only another 3 weeks after all !!

'So another 5 weeks. Yes, price will drop on this news.'

It is Not another 5 weeks - 10th July to the 31st July = 3 weeks.
