I Filtered him months ago, and therefore have the benefit of not seeing/or reading his Paranoia !
I do get a message from the LSE, written in green, that tells me someone I have Filtered has posted a message, from your post I guess it must be Aluh4uk.

Please see the following statement in the RNS of the 16th June 2020:
'under this arrangement 5,100,000 of the GHIF Shares are subject to an orderly marketing agreement until 30 June 2021 and the remaining 2,000,000 GHIF Shares will not be sold prior to 30 June 2021 (subject to various carve outs).'
As for Spreadex, they are a Spread Betting business that are into GDR for the Money/ Profit, so as I see it GDR are a Good Company for them to stay with ?!

Hopefully not many II Share sells left this week:
GHIF only have 2,700,000 shares left, of which they cannot sell 2,000,000 until after 30th June 2021, so they may even be out for Now ?!
I cannot see why Spreadex would sell any of their 2,123,478 Shares with the News we have coming our way !!
Calculus may well have already sold a good quantity of their remaining Shares since their last RNS, and the sooner they sell out the better ! Hopefully they sell during this week, in an orderly manner that does not impact much on our SP !

it is Obvious to me that you are NOT a GDR Investor, otherwise you would not Continually and Deliberately twist the Truth.
DB did say he expected Sells in June 2020, and although I am sure the Sells he did achieve were less than he expected, he did confirm that GDR did make some sells in Europe, (so no maybe, you are wrong), and DB said that they were insufficient to justify an RNS.
And although I am just as sure you know anyway, lets address DB's statement about the £1million of indicative orders being mentioned in July - DB made it clear that these Orders could not be firmed up until the appropriate Approval is in place.
Your True Colours have come to the Fore during these Exciting weeks for True GDR Investors , and You are now Filtered !

We are obviously different people, with different views on Investment ?
I do not understand why anyone would Invest in a Share unless they believed and felt Positive about their Investment ?!
Being Positive is particularly Important when Investing in the un-predictability of AIM stocks !
Things do not often happen when Investors expect they will happen, and even DB expectancies have not always happened when he thought they would ?!
St. has always maintained his Positive belief, and I believe he will be proven Right, if he has not Already !.
The reaction of the Market, when surprisingly the first Vaccine was Approved, without the Standard Checks, Analysis and Tests , was a Massive Surprise, on so many levels ? Not least UK Diagnostic Markets behaved in a manner that COVID Tests were not needed anymore - Globally ? This is Obviously Not the case !
No One can blame St. or DB for the way Markets reacted to the first Vaccine Approval.
I have always found St's Posts to be Factual, Informative, Positive and Helpful !

Our GDR SP has increased from 42p - 148p in the past 3 weeks (15 Trading Days) = multi - bagger - Nothing Shameful Here !
Early yesterday our SP hit 160p - WOW, and I would strongly suggest that if Calculus and GHIF had not been selling their Millions of Shares, then our SP would easily be >£2 !

I do not recall that ?
GHIF converted their loan note for about 97p per Share, as I recall ?
My understanding has always been that GHIF invested in GDR because they like to promote Businesses that are Health related !
I have also believed they would help Africa and India through subsidising the cost of our COVID Tests into Africa and India ?!
That is how I remember it ? - But could be wrong ?

GHIF (Global Health Investment Fund) are set up to help Poorer Countries in need of Financial help in times of Health issues (EG -COVID).
If we sell our Tests Massively into the USA, then GHIF might consider that there will not be sufficient Tests left for Africa and India ?
Always thought that GHIF would subsidise the cost of Tests we sell into Africa and India ? However, if we sell most of our Tests into the USA and Europe, then no need for GHIF to stay invested in GDR - My thoughts anyway ?
