I agree Phil,
The potential for our SP considering the News and Progress with BC is Enormous !!
Once the II's are out I also expect our SP to turn upwards towards £2.
I also believe that should we receive an update on our POC launch, and FDA/EUA Approval on top of their Distribution permission, our SP will drive upwards too, even before confirmed Sells (whichever comes first). Such is the Potential here !!
When Sells are confirmed, well as BigB says 'The Doors will be Blown Off '!!

Calculus had 3.55 Million shares left they could sell after their last selling TR -1, and I cannot see why they would not sell them all, in an orderly manner. Which means this would take some time ? Considering the volume of shares traded over the past couple of weeks, I would have thought they would have crossed the 3% threshold by now though, and therefore an RNS should be on the cards ?!
GHIF had 2.7 Million Shares left after their last RNS, and they have to keep hold of at least 2 Million of these until the 30th June 2021. So 700,000 shares can be sold, again in an orderly manner !
It does seem like we are seeing a volume of II Shares Sold/Traded through which I suspect are Calculus and GHIF off loading still - it takes time to offload this quantity of Shares in a manner that does not drain our SP heavily ?
It will be a Great day when they have finished !! IMHO.

Jay received a PM, and that PM did not say that anyone had any concrete information that a Placing will take place.
Jay shared this PM (IN GOOD FAITH, in my opinion) with this BB, nothing wrong in this at all. All ideas and thoughts should be entitled to be shared with this BB, whether we agree or dis-agree, with its content, it is healthy to discuss all thoughts, ideas and suggestions !
The people that I have a problem with are those that post with hidden agenda's, pretending to be GDR Shareholders, and pretend to be positive about GDR, but stick the knife in when the opportunity arises.
Jay is not one of these people, and I fully support his intentions !

Self Certification of our POC is Good News. Once Genedrive put together the evidence Data that our POC Test works, through clinical Testing, they can stick a CE Mark on it, and Launch !
Genedrive froze our POC design back in December.!
So No reason to think we will not Launch our POC Test in Q1 !! IMHO

It does seem that the CE Mark is a Self Certification: !
Affixing a CE Mark to a product is considered a means to certify for authorities within the EU member states that the product meets all appropriate EU requirements.
In the event of a challenge, a report from a notified body may be submitted showing conformity of the equipment. This allows the manufacturer working with a notified body to show conformity with the safety objectives.
The CE Mark must be affixed to demonstrate conformity with the provisions of the directives.

Sorry after a re-read, I am not sure my last post was very clear ? Should have said CE Mark for our RT-PCR !
I kind of remember that we had an CE Mark Official in Genedrive for about a week to oversee our self certification, of our RT-PCR Test ? - I could be confusing this with an ISO Certification though ?

Possibly GDR have 90 day agreed payment plans for any of the Products they Buy, e.g. Purchase of Beads from Cytiva ?
This would push back the need to use their cash ?!

Investors ie co owners of NCYT afe NOT important. Who is the person rsponsible for Mandy?? Oh good, thought I may have missed another almighty investor relations f-up from Mandy and GM that went public.

i can't credit how the board of directors are sitting at home and watching ithis ebb of public confidence happen , so very disapppointing. I can only assume that with the company profits so bouyant their personal profits/bonuses are eye watering so screw the investors.

Can someone send an email suggesting Mandy is given the sack. She has proven worse than uselsss, ie is inert and inept. At least uselsss implies the person was trying albeit failing. Is she the personal partner of someone high up i the hierarchy?? Can't be ANY other reason other than that for her to still be in post. I f you read this Many, it's not persoanl, just that if you ae incompetent at your job you should b off.
